We have a shipping delay for Mission Crate – the first box will now be launching January 2018.
Dear Mission Crate Subscriber,
We know you’re very excited to get your first Star Trek Mission Crate, and so are we! We’ve been working closely with Star Trek and QMx to deliver you the very best experience we possibly can every crate, particularly the first.
In order to properly achieve this, after much consideration, we have decided to push the ordering/delivery window back two months to allow for more curation and manufacturing time. That means the last day to order is now January 15, 2018 with the crates shipping out at the end of that month, thus no crates will arrive for the holidays. You will still receive the bonus ship if you ordered a full year (delivery info will be updated soon).
We understand that this may negatively affect your Holiday gift plans and we’re very sorry for that and any other issues this may cause. While this won’t make up for the inconvenience, we did want to make sure you got something while you waited so here’s what’s going on:
- The inaugural Admiral’s Crate featuring a prize pack from Anovos will still be awarded to a lucky subscriber who has signed up by the initial cut-off date (11/15, 9pm PST).
- As a subscriber, you will be eligible to win the second Admiral’s Crate, 2 Gold Passes to Star Trek Con in Las Vegas on August 1-5, 2018.
- You will receive a digital comics download courtesy of IDW Publishing in a separate email. The bundle will include Star Trek The Next Generation: Broken Mirror #1, Star Trek Boldly Go #1 and Star Trek Waypoint #1.
- You will receive the Romulan Legacy Starter Pack ($40 value) for the PC version of Star Trek Online in a separate email. The pack includes a T’Varo Light Warbird Starship, gear and an exclusive emote.
