For October the spotlight was on True Moringa, whose main ingredient is moringa oil from Africa, grown on farms and cold pressed in Ghana, with tools and a processing center provided by True Moringa. They also provide training and fair wages for the oil and are even launching a certified organic moringa farm. True Moringa’s products are all cruelty-free and vegan!

The October box was supposed to have three items, but due to the recent destruction caused by Hurricane Irma in Puerto Rico, one item was delayed. I know Hurricane Maria has left a hefty impact so I wasn’t sure when the product might make it over here, but I appreciate the heads up from Pearlesque!
Obviously this isn’t everything in my October Pearlesque Box, but it’s a great start!
Alive Face Hair & Body Oil ($36) “Give your body the nourishment it needs to glow from the inside out.”
This multi-tasking oil can be used on the face, hair, or body and may have anti-aging effects, as well as help soothe redness or reduce the look of stretch marks. It has only two ingredients: cold-pressed moringa seed oil, and organic lemongrass oil. It smells amazing and I preferred using it on my body, although I didn’t have any reaction when I used it on my face.
Rejuventaing Body Polish ($34) “Wake up your shower routine and revive dry and dull skin with a blissful aromatic blend of Nicaraguan coffee beans, organic sugar, cold-pressed moringa and sweet and spicy neroli essential oil.”
Another short ingredients list of just sugar, coffee, moringa seed oil, and neroli essential oil. This stuff is drier than the usual body scrub yet my skin felt very soft after I rinsed off. It smells just like a cup of coffee! This container is, like the others, made of glass so I transferred some into a plastic container before using in my shower. I ended up with coffee grains all over the shower when I was finished so I just filled the container with water and rinsed the walls a couple of times and it all was all good.
I received the final product October 30th and it came in its own box directly from True Moringa. Ultra Light Whipped Body Butter ($32) “Feather light and luxurious, True Moringa Ultra Light Whipped Body Butter goes on light and absorbs effortlessly, leaving skin nourished and glowing from the inside out.”
Oh my goodness, this stuff is heavenly! Shea butter, moringa oil, almond oil, safflower oil, vanilla, and an essential oil blend make this stuff smell wonderful, like a Hershey’s Kiss! It left my arms so soft with a gentle scent and my skin felt moisturized and not itchy. Well worth the wait.
Pearlesque has introduced me to several beauty brands and I am so happy that I now know about True Moringa! These items were ultra luxurious and I loved learning about moringa oil. I was also happy that each of these items could be used on my body, which needs all the skin love it can get with winter approaching. These were all full-sized products, no sample sizes here and I felt like each item was high-quality and feel comfortable knowing that True Moringa produces amazing items. The value of October’s box was $102! I am always blown away by the value and the fact that Pearlesque sends full-sized items!
