First and foremost, thank you and your pet for being members of our community! Like the headline says, Loot Pets is wagging its tail one last time this December. We hope you’ll remain a part of the Looter community and, of course, keep giving your pup bellyrubs on our behalf.
For November and December’s final crates, we’re celebrating our GREATEST HITS, bringing you a mix of our most beloved past crate items that we KNOW your doggo is guaranteed to love! Plus, each crate will include five items. November’s crate has two packs of delicious treats, two awesome accessories, a fun toy and a collar charm!
If you had a 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription that still has crates remaining for 2018, don’t worry, you will see a refund reflected on your account between December 20th and 31st. Of course, if you’d prefer to cancel, you can reach out to our Customer Support team at loot.cr/help and they’ll be able to walk you through the refund process now.
