WhiskerBox is a themed monthly cat subscription box that features artisanal luxury items for your kitty. Four to six premium items are included which can be “stylish apparel, stimulating toys, scrumptious treats, and one-of-a-kind treasures from around the world.” Discerning felines with dietary needs can opt for non-edible items. A short profile is filled out at checkout including cat’s name, gender, weight, and if treats are to be included. WhiskerBox supports shelters, rescues, and sanctuaries with each box purchased. The luxury kitty box ships free to the United States and Canada.
WhiskerBox items are tested by feline lifestyle experts. Smokey, the head feline lifestyle expert, was a stray rescued by his humans at eight weeks old. My kitties think that is a cool job.

Everything in the box!
The September theme was Caticus 101. My cats names were even listed on the card!
The Meow Menu is a cute information card set up as a menu. The prices reflect retail plus shipping because WhiskerBox includes products not available in local shops.
BFF Tuna & Lamb Luv-Ya was scarfed down quickly by Sunny, since Zoey won’t eat wet food. Dolphin-safe tuna and lamb are the first two ingredients in this grain-free recipe.
Nava Pets Salmon All-Natural Pet Treats are another grain-free choice and my cats couldn’t get enough of this stuff! If I need them to come running I just shake this bag around and it’s like a genie being summoned, they are instantly there!
AnimaLove Felt Balls are just that – a three-pack of felted wool balls that bounce but are also very quiet.
I read that you can rub catnip on them to make them more attractive.
Here’s Sunny ignoring the balls. She did like to play with them when they bounced.
Zoey was guarding one here.
Whiskers ‘n Paws Gunner Cat Toy is made of rabbit fur and has a leather tail and ears.
It was pretty cute to look at and kind of realistic when you glimpse it from across the room!
Sunny immediately went for the mouse toy!
She was determined to destroy it.
In the end she couldn’t tear it apart, try as she did. Maybe tomorrow.
The Boarding School Bow Tie & Collar Set by Cat Couture is one that my cats can wear, as previous selections have been too heavy for their little necks. This one features a plaid pattern, perfect for fall.
I am not sure that this is a breakaway buckle so I suggest using this on indoor cats.
Here’s Zoey doing her best modeling of the bowtie. I tried putting it on Sunny but she thought I was trying to kill her and fought back. I value my eyes too much to force the issue.
Here’s Zoey getting a closer look at my iPhone.
I thought the collar was cute and more appropriate for my cats this month. The mouse toy was probably one of the best I have ever received for my cats, Sunny loves that thing and it’s pretty tough to destroy. I like Whiskerbox, it allows me to give my cats a new food treat or toy without having to buy in bulk, in case my cats end up hating the product, although most of the time they love the food in this subscription. I think WhiskerBox is a great choice for people who like to dress up their cats (and whose cats like being dressed up), provide them with unique toys, and treat them to delectable foods that you might not find in stores.
