SprezzaBox is a men’s accessories subscription. Every month, you’ll receive 5-6 high-quality accessories or grooming items, all for $28 per month.

Items are chosen on the basis of the season and current trends – it’s a curated mix of accessories that ensure you will always look dapper. Selections balance wearables and grooming or accessories, and the clothing items tend to complement each other and are wearable within a single, sharply-coordinated ensemble.

This month’s box was themed “The Parker” and valued at approximately $199.

Everything in my box!

Alara Pocket Square ($24): An elegant square tucked neatly into your breast pocket is a the perfect finish for a simple sport coat or a suit jacket.

The back of the card suggests three easy ways to wear it.

The fabric is 100% cotton, but the weave has a linen look to it. The edge is adorned with a dark navy band.

Maestro “The Lusso” Watch ($105): An elegant watch with a classic Roman numeral face design. The band is leather with a stamped alligator pattern.

The black leather band and silver case are excellent matches for a traditional dark suit or a more casual outfit. A light blue seconds hand adds a playful touch. I love the simple styling, as I find most watches are too busy to complement an outfit — and the ubiquity of smartphones has made the major function of a watch being an accessory rather than a timepiece.

Classic Pen ($10): The pen looks nicer than your ordinary ball point, so it is a handy item to have as a fitting complement to a suit. Your entire appearance is much more polished when the little touches are in keeping with your overall ensemble, and hauling out a cheap clear plastic pen can destroy the seasoned professional or sophisticated academic aura you’ve put so much effort into cultivating. It isn’t overly fancy (you won’t file a police report if it disappears), but it looks sharp.

Sprezza Socks ($12): One constant in Sprezza is a pair of smart socks. This pair has a lovely ring design and two tones of blue. The darker blue goes with the other pieces in this box — the lighter blue is a bit of a robin’s egg blue, so it may not match your typical work shirt and is likely to serve as a nice accent to brighten a navy-based outfit.

AN IVY Necktie ($48): The tie is a dark navy, perhaps even darker than the socks, with a nice intermediate, modern width.

The pattern is clusters of four white dots — they look a bit like flowers or clover. Made of 100% polyester, the tie had a silk-like sheen coupled with a textured look.

The back loop allows for wear without a tack or pin.

SprezzaBox is great for guys that dress up regularly, whether in full suit, sportcoat, vest, or just a button down. The accessories can breathe live into a simple outfit and help you easy project a sense of style. The items in a single box are usually well-coordinated, so each box is like getting a complete look to try out. I like that they include a variety of accessories — with a watch and pen included this month — and not just the same items every month. When I first started reviewing this box, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the number of lapel pins, so the variation is nice.
