Here is everything in the October box!

myvitamins Organic Chia Seeds. Great source of protein, fibre, and Omega 3. These versatile little seeds are a kitchen staple for the health-conscious.

nakd. Raw Fruit & Nut Bars. Free from gluten, wheat and dairy. My box contained a lemon drizzle bar and a strawberry crunch bar. These are tasty and nutritious little bars, packed with dates and nuts, with no added sugar or syrups.

Snact. Apple & Raspberry Fruity Jerky. Made with 100% real fruit, sourced from unwanted ugly fruit, that is pureed, dried and packed up in a compostable bag. These thick little strips of dried fruit taste pretty good and have a nice tang from the raspberry.

Deliciously Ella Energy Balls. Free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. My box contained a Coconut & Oat ball and a Cashew & Ginger ball.

I’ve yet to try the first flavour, but the Cashew & Ginger is nice, with a very fiery kick from the ginger. As dates are the main ingredient, the texture is quite soft. I would prefer if there was some more crunch from the nuts.

Beefit Biltong air dried, seasoned and sliced beef is packed with up to 61% protein.  My husband tried this for me, saying it was good but a bit underseasoned for his taste.

Trek Cocoa Oat Protein Flapjack. A new twist on the classic British treat. This is gluten free and vegan and offers 9g of protein in a serving.

This was shockingly delicious, probably the tastiest protein bar I’ve ever had! The bar has just the right amount of chewiness from the oats with a taste reminiscent of cake batter. Even the thin chocolate layer on top actually tastes good, which is unusual for the chocolate used in protein bars.

The box also contains two bottles of myvitamins brand supplements: One for All one-a-day multivitamins and Coconut Oil soft gels.

The myvitamins snack box is a great subscription for the health-conscious – it’s a convenient and affordable way to discover nutritious new snacks and top up on supplements each month.
