Hello MissionCute Family!
I wanted to let you know about some upcoming changes we are making to MissionCute! First things first, I started MissionCute in 2014 out of my kitchen as a passion project. My son was 3 years old and I was searching for a creative way to give back to our community that I couldn’t find at my full-time job. Fast forward 3 years and a lot has changed! MissionCute has outgrown my kitchen and is now a successful social enterprise. I still manage MissionCute from our home during nap-times and after hours and often get help packing boxes from my two little ones and my incredibly patient husband! My family has always been my top priority and after the birth of our second child, I decided to stay home with our kids and focus on my growing family as well as MissionCute.
After 18 months, I have decided that it is time to refocus MissionCute and who we are as a brand. MissionCute is much more than a subscription box and because of that, I have decided to phase out our monthly subscriptions and focus entirely on the specialty boxes we are developing in our shop. This was a tough decision but I am confident it is the right one for my family and the future of MissionCute! For those of you who have been with us since the beginning to those who just joined, thank you for all of your support. Over the next few weeks, we will be refreshing our website and launching a line of specialty boxes focusing on different areas of need like hunger, education, and homelessness. These special edition boxes are incredible and I can’t wait to share them with you! All current subscriptions will not renew after November 10, 2017. If you are a current member, your current subscription will run through the end of it’s term during which time you will continue to receive your monthly MissionCute boxes!
