Neom Organics Tranquility Scented Candle (£30 about $39) Hand-poured using 100% natural vegetable wax. This candle is scented with lavender, sweet basil, jasmine and 16 other essential oils to help you relax and have a great night’s sleep.
The candle burns evenly and smells amazing. Tip: light the candle 20 minutes before bed to allow the fragrance fill your bedroom.
A leaflet about other products in the Scent to Sleep Programme is also included.
Aromatheraphy Associates Light Relax Bath And Shower Oil ($73) It has the lovely scent of lavender, ylang ylang, and petitgrain.
This bottle lasts for 20 uses. That’s a lot of relaxing bath and showers! This shower oil is intended to be applied before showers and then the steam releases the aromatherapy benefits of the essential oils.
Ylang ylang is believed to be an effective anti-depressant, while petitgrain relaxes and refreshes the mind to help ease anxiety. This bath and shower oil is not recommended for pregnant women, so I have to wait to use it.
Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask ($62.50) A non-messy, light, and hydrating overnight mask that works while you sleep. It is formulated with active ingredients, including sand lily and salicylic acid.
It has a nice cooling effect, and easily melts into the skin too. With continued use, it promises to gently exfoliate the skin, renew the cells, and fight hyperpigmentation.

Supermood Beauty Sweet Pillow Scent ($43) This aromatherapy spray can be used on bed linen, pillows, and blankets.
Having a hard time sleeping, I spritz some of this to my pillow before hitting the sack. I fell asleep after a while and woke up the next day feeling refreshed. I love the sweet scent!
Luna Sleeping Night Oil ($27.50) This retinoid treatment contains non-fragrance plant oils that have moisturizing benefits, as well as antioxidant and anti-irritant properties.
It is best suited for normal to dry skin. And alas – no good for preggies. But full size Sunday Riley? Snapped that right up!
It comes in a gorgeous glass bottle with a dropper dispenser for easier application. It’s also perfect for an elegant bedside table.
This month’s MINTD box theme is perfect for people who find it hard to relax their mind and fall asleep. It’s a little different from the usual beauty boxes, but I really appreciate all the luxurious items and aromatherapy items we received. Indeed, the most basic key to glowing skin is still a good night’s sleep! This box was so high value (and I haven’t been sleeping) I bought it despite not being able to use two products immediately.
