Graze is a weekly snack box (you can opt to get it bi-weekly too or every month) with 8 individual servings of prepackaged fresh and healthy snacks. With over 100 snacks available, you can rate the snacks you receive online to help customize your box.

DEAL: You can get an individually sized (4 count) box free for your first box in a Graze subscription ($1 shipping). After you get your free box, pick up more free and almost free subscription boxes here!

Previously Graze had 8-11 different variety of snack boxes – those have been compressed into 3 varieties. I’m a little bummed about it!

We got a Variety Box! Every box includes an info sheet. It has coupons to share with friends and a recipe incorporating a graze snack or other item of interest.

The other side has the nutrition info for each of the selections. You will see a host of healthy ingredients and no weird stuff. The expiration dates for the snacks are printed on this sheet, too.

Our box has a Hello Fresh coupon code for $30 off, but it’s still not as good as our $40 off code.

Everything is packed in neatly, and all the snacks are perfectly portable. Our family divvies them up for emergency breakfasts, special snacks, and desk snacks – depending on the family member!

Lemon Drizzle Flapjack.

This flapjack only looks super sweet, but it isn’t. I enjoyed the lightly sweet lemon flavor and the mildly crumbly texture. I like to say they are like granola bars but they really their own item.  The yogurt drizzle is soft and looks like frosting but enhances instead of sweetens.

Spicy Sriracha Crunch. Spicy, with multiple types of “crunchiness” to enjoy.

The sesame and garlic pair well with the sriracha, creating a mural of flavor without making the mix super spicy. The cashews add some luxurious creaminess when juxtaposed with the other ingredients.

Thai Tom Yum. This take on the traditional Thai soup is ready to eat in just two minutes.

The hot and sour soup mix is joined by rice noodles, zucchini slices, and bits of pepper. I love adding a bit of warmth to my day with this soup. When there’s a special rewards deal I will totally pick a 6 pack box of this up.

Veggie Protein Power.

This one is all husband – I’m not crazy about roasted peas & beans, but he loves the crispy chickpeas & edamame. I may have stolen a black pepper cashew or two! Shh, don’t tell!

Natural Vanilla Seeds. A more subtle and gently crunchy blend.

The seeds have a tender/crunchy texture, and they have a slightly creamy flavor that is mild enough to work exceptionally well with the natural vanilla flavor.

White Chocolate With Wild Blueberry Toasts. These are good! The white chocolate dipper tasted like icing.

While my kids preferred the toasts by themselves, I heaped the white chocolate dipper on top. Love.

Grilled Cheese. I love how the sweet mustard breadsticks provide a great tang and backdrop for the cheddar bruschetta and the smoky cashews.

So well balanced!

Vitamin E Defense. Crunchy nuts and sweet fruit. The Vitamin E labelling is a bit odd, since the vanilla seeds contain twice as much Vitamin E.

The hazelnuts are a real treat. This blend is sweet, crunchy, and chewy – the redskin peanuts are a good choice for the mix, as they pair well with the sweetness of the fruit.

Graze Box is a fun way to get healthy snack alternatives. It’s totally customizable to you and your family’s tastes and a great alternative to the vending machine at work. My favorite thing about Graze is that it’s totally portion controlled and I get a lot of variety without a lot of waste or too much food.

Graze recently introduced a rewards program with more incentives to buy from the shop, and we’ve been picking up multi-packs of our very favorite treats to have on hand or tuck into a bag for a snack on the go! They have flavors that I haven’t seen in the subscription yet, which is a little odd. Maybe they’ll show up there, perhaps they’ll be store-exclusive.
