September’s project is Lavender Bath Bombs. The kit includes all the materials needed to make 4 bath bombs.
The step-by-step instructions could not be easier to follow. They are clear and concise, with useful tips and photos. There is also a tutorial video on the Craftiosity website if paper instructions aren’t your thing.
Having never made bath bombs before, and seeing the length of the instructions, I thought this would be a time-consuming project. It was actually exceedingly simple. In fact, it only took about 15 minutes to mix and mold the bombs. The hardest part was getting them out of the mould after they had dried for 24 hours!
This was a fun little project! It is simple enough to suit any novice crafter. I imagine some of the other Craftiosity projects would offer more room for creativity and artistic expression, and probably take longer to complete.
I think Craftiosity is a really nice option for anyone who enjoys crafting and wants to try out different, modern activities in the easiest way possible – with all the materials delivered right to your door!
