FYI – do note that all pens are swatched at the bottom of this review!
Deli Unique Design A008 0.5mm Pen – The body of this pen looked like one of those technical pens used by most professionals.
It comes with a 0.5 mm tip for a thin line.
Aihao 0.5mm Pen – The Aihao pen looks really classy.
The tip looks like your typical ball point pen but wait ’til you use it.
Noble PC1901 1.00mm Gel Pen – I am a big fan of gel-point pens and I really love this one, from the design up to how it functions, it’s retractable!
This one I will always bring with me for sudden writing needs. It draws a much thicker line than the others, but it has a very nice hand-feel due to the silky, rubberized sleeve.
Deli 0.5mm Pen – This pen looks like it can belong to a jewelry box. It seems more like an accessory than just a pen to me.
This one comes with a rubber grip to make you at ease while using it.
This thin pen came in a fogged plastic sleeve. The ink chamber looks out of this world!
D&S The Knight 0.5mm Pen – Out of all of the pens in this box, this looks new to me. It has fresh styling, even down to the clip. A great play on the pens barrel.
You can still detach the socket from the pen’s barrel.
Deli Gel Ink Pen Refill – A gel ink pen refill for the .5 mm Deli. The fact that the refill is designed for the Deli pen will probably make that my go-to desk pen, simply because I love the idea of not having to shop for a replacement when it runs out of ink.
Cloth & Paper Luxe Organization Stationery & Gifts Marble Notepad – The marble design of this notepad is real classy yet simple.
I can use it for important notes, or even simple doodles. Instead of having a glued binding, each paper is stuck to the next with a strip of adhesive, so they are sticky notes when detached.
Here’s the comparison of all the pens. They all look beautiful to me. The Noble pen (center) has a 1 mm line, while the rest all have .5 mm width of line. Each has a slight distinctness of character. The farthest left has a touch of bleed to it; the next has a slight ball point roll pattern, with a hollowness to the center of the line; the center pen is thick, with a fair bit of bleed; the next is produces a tight line with an off-center roller hollow; and the last has a nice expansiveness where the pen slowed, without leaving a jagged edge.
If you are a pen lover and collector, this box is perfect! If I have to choose one of these pens, of course, I’ll go with the gel-inked retractable pen. Good thing, it comes with a refill as well. The notepad is also a perfect partner for these pens. Nothing still beats handwritten notes!
