Bespoke Post is a men’s lifestyle subscription box offering sophisticated accessories, gear, and curated interest kits, although many of their offerings are unisex.

The monthly limited-edition boxes are built around a central, unique theme, and there are usually two or three new boxes to choose from every month. You can also skip the month if you’re not interested in any of the available boxes.

This is a review of the Bespoke Post BITE Provisions Box.

Bespoke Post’s Provision Boxes are all under $45, exclusive to members, and ship free.

This is a new offering from Bespoke – you can now get food-only curations from their Provisions line, as well as other consumables-only curations.

Each fragile item was carefully packed to avoid breakage.

DEAL: Save $9 on your first box with coupon code FREEBEER.

Everything in the Bespoke Post Provisions BITE Box.

Cafe du Monde Beignet Mix ($28): Cafe du Monde is a New Orleans institution known for its chicory-laced coffee and its tradtional beignets.

The mix has all the baking ingredients needed. You just add water and fry in oil, finishing with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. The box makes about four dozen beignets!

Dave’s Coffee All Natural Coffee Syrup ($5.49): This syrup is the ultimate for mixing up your own coldbrew, drizzling on dessert, or making coffee milkshakes.

The ingredients are simple — just cane sugar and cold brewed coffee. The coldbrewing makes a coffee with less bitterness and no burnt notes, which in turn creates a condensed syrup with similar attributes. The result is a cleaner, yet robust coffee flavor with all the floral and botanical nuances that would otherwise get cooked out.

Skillet Street Balsamic & Brown Sugar Bacon Spread ($13.50): Bacon jam is one of the simple pleasures in life. This spread couples rich, smoky bacon with sweet balsamic vinegar for an upscale take on the original.

Born in a Seattle, WA, burger van, this spread is a perfect way to add some bacon to anything. Ideal for sandwiches (especially grilled cheese) or as topper for anything from fish to veggies to burgers.

The consistency is very thick, and you can see the amount of bacon meat remaining, the fat having been rendered.

Cooper’s Mill Honey Apple Butter ($4.11): Apple butter is a wonderful spread for toast or pastries. Like a condensed apple sauce, it has the concentrated flavor of apples with a dose of honey.

It has a deep brown color like cider, denoting us of the whole apple flesh and not just the juice.

I like the looks of the Provisions line so far. The picks for the BITE box are enough outside the ordinary to likely not be already in your cupboard, yet they are familiar enough to ensure a warm reception, like twists on old favorites. This breakfast themed collection is a nice way to augment the everyday with something a little special.
