Everything in the box!

All the bakeries featured in this box have their little introduction with their web address so you can order more of your favourites!

A second card tells us a bit more about all the sweets we get to discover. September is all about Pumpkins!

An in-depth ingredients list is also included for all of the items on the reverse. I appreciate that, it’s easier to avoid whatever could contain an allergen. I also like that you have an expiry date for each items (but nothing survived longer than 3 days!).

Pumpkin Spice Fudge by The Nutty Chocolatier. Soft and sweet, filled with nutmeg and other pumpkin spices goodies, this was quite tasty in small bites! The texture was amazing!

Milk Chocolate Chewy Caramels by The Nutty Chocolatier. I love love love caramel and these were pure delight! The caramel was buttery, with the right amount of sweetness, and the milk chocolate coating was melting in the mouth.

Chocolate Chunk Brownie – Gluten Free by Dufflet. I was really surprise that this delicious, perfectly moist and crumbly brownie was gluten-free! The chocolate taste was rich and dark, it wasn’t too sweet so it was a nice respite from the pumpkin spice fudge earlier (yes, I ate everything in one afternoon, don’t judge me!) I was perfect with my afternoon coffee. I would totally eat a full plate of these guys. In one sitting.

Skor Cookie Bar by Black Walnut Cafe. Chocolate + toffee, nothing’s wrong in this equation. As for the brownie, I would eat a whole plate of this treat in one sitting. The crust was buttery, thick but soft. The chocolate was not to thick, so you could taste the skor in the crust and on top. I love Skor.

White Chocolate-Pumpkin Cake Pop by Flourgirls. Look how cute this is!

Sadly, this one wasn’t shared, by my husband enjoyed it a lot. He even said “ooooh, that one is gooooood!” That’s all I know about it. I’m jealous. I want one too.

I always enjoy my Bakers Krate, but September was special! Everything was perfect, there was enough caramel to feed my appetite (honestly, there’s never enough caramel), and the brownie was so tasty that I want more. This box was a total win, there was nothing we didn’t enjoyed, and almost all the treats were big enough to share with someone else, without feeling like we didn’t get enough of one treat. Everything was so good!
