Woman Up Box is an awesome box to help uplift women featuring products created by women. Small businesses are supported which is fantastic. 10% of the box proceeds go towards women-based charities and non-profits which is so amazing. The summer boxes are all in support of Dress For Success, an international program that provides professional clothes and career training to women (and men).

DEAL: Get $10 off your first box! Use coupon code HSLAUNCH10.

Each month will include a Monthly Lift Up card with suggestions on positive activities you can do!

The information card includes photos of all the items and information on the creators and products.

Festive Green Straws — Super bright and colourful straws for a festive drink or cocktail. I’ve always wanted these and they’re adorable.

Flamingo Coasters ($14) ReynPaperCo is owned and run by Kristen, who adds a colourful and quirky design to reusable coasters in this month’s box. They’re made of a sturdy cardstock so they’ll last you a few drinks, and the box contains 12.

Druzy Bangle ($15) I never knew what a druzy was until I met Brandy and read about her obsession with them in her jewelry sub reviews. Now I love how sparkly they are! I love the light aqua colour, I love the silver bangle (I prefer it to gold tones) and I love that she has a ton of affordable jewelry featuring druzy stones in her shop.

I love it!!!

Germack Fresh Roasted Fancy Mixed Nuts ($6.99) I love nuts. I love fancy roasted nuts. Everything about this is awesome, and the bag is huge, too! Cashews, almonds, pecans, and Brazil nuts. Yum!

Moon Valley Organics Peppermint Foot Rub ($12.99) It’s summer. That means it’s flipflop weather, running around on sand, splashing in all kinds of water, and generally just letting our feet be free. It can take a bit of TLC to keep them happy, and this minty foot rub is a great way to start. Lavender, beeswax, mint, calendula and coconut oils… it’s all good stuff going on your paws! Everything at Moon Valley is grown organically right on-site on their farm, and anything they can’t get themselves they source from other organic and sustainable sources.

Love the quote on the inside of the gorgeous packaging.

It smells incredible and you don’t need too much, so the tube should last a while.

I’m So Happy It’s Happy Hour ($8.00) This book makes me SO happy… I think I mentioned in another review (I forget which box?) that there’s a local artist who does greeting cards putting sassy quotes on vintage artwork that I flock to every summer at the market. This book is in that style, pairing funny quotes with awesome cocktails. It’s a standing tradition with my best friend Sam and I to spend ages browsing the hundreds of designs, so this book is the perfect addition to her Christmas present this year!

Here’s a sample! The cocktails are a mix of classic and more creative.

I don’t know how Woman Up manages to do it each month, finding such talented people to feature in their box. It’s really a joy to open each item and know we’re supporting women and small businesses. The creativity is really astounding. I am all about girl power (thank you, Spice Girls!) and boxes like this are so important to help encourage, promote, and sustain that message. My favourite item has to be the druzy bangle but I’m also thrilled to find some giftable items for my friends and family — always a bonus!

The only item I liked out of this month’s box was the cuff – paper straws & coasters… really?!??!

I thought the coasters were adorable and perfect for a summer party theme! I love the design and the girl’s etsy shop is full of more cute stuff. I wish I had talent like that.
