The Desert Box is a subscription that aims to bring your desert dreams to your doorstep. Monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly plans are available, and you can also purchase a one-time box. All their products are made from recycled goods – from packaging to planters. Each box usually includes a surprise succulent and/or a cactus, repurposed planter, soil, moss, plant care card, and a pouch of white granite pebbles.

You can get your subscription in “The Uno” (one plant per month) or “The Dos.” This is a review of The Uno!

This card gives you a little background about The Desert Box. The opposite side of the card gives you tips on how to take care of your succulents and cacti.

Everything was packed well.

This month, we received an Aloe “Christmas Sleigh.” Characterized by rigid leaves with spines, it is the perfect fall plant because it flowers during this season.

By the way, the planters they send with the plant are made from re-purposed materials.

White pebbles are also included in every box. You just have to carefully arrange it on the planter, then the plant is ready for display.

It’s great keeping indoor plants at home. Aside from aesthetic purposes, it also makes my space more conducive to concentration or relaxation.

The Desert Box sends mostly low-maintenance plants, which are ideal even for busy people. It’s one of the best subscriptions for succulent lovers, and also makes for a nice housewarming gift. Everything is packaged so well, so nothing is damaged during transit. Most of all, everything in this box comes from sustainable sources. Yay to eco-friendly subscriptions!
