A little information on each tea. What’s next? You can get 50% off teas, and you can get points for reviewing the teas. Since I can’t get enough of these teas, I will be letting all future subscription holders know what amazing selections to make.

Reusable Fabric Tea Bags. I’ve used conventional tea bags, paper fill bags, tea infusers and now fabric bags. I have to say that these fabric bags are awesome, very little sediment in my cup! I’ve been hand washing them with each use and they seem to be holding up very well.

Acai Berry Green ($8.50). Sweet and subtle is the best way to describe Acai Berry Green. A clean green with sweet overtones of acai berry and raspberry. This was by far my favorite selection this month, green tea is my weakness and I love acai berry is growing on me, even if I can’t say acai correctly.

Nuwara Eliya Estate FBOP ($7). The Nuwara Eliya Estate is a classic Sri Lankan tea estate known for producing a robust black tea. This particular tea is a FBOP (flowery broken orange pekoe) that has a finer leaf structure that make for a fast brewing and strong cup of tea. This was wonderful once poured over ice, it helped to cut the robust flavor.

Evening Jewel ($8.50). This is a low caffeine tea that will help take the sting out of the summer heat. Hints of marigold and rose petals with peach flavoring. I tried it both hot and ice, iced tea was so much more wonderful!

Downy Needle ($10.50). This is an organic green tea with tiny hairs on the green tea leaves, often called down, and mixed with Jasmine blossoms. Another green tea from China but with a much simpler taste. Hint, best brewed without sweetener.

Simple Loose Leaf Tea is a great way to try many different teas without splurging on something you might dislike. I love that there is little filler and everything is neatly packed. Like I previously said the acai berry green was my favorite closely followed by the evening jewel. I love the fruity teas Simple Loose Leaf brings to my door and can’t wait until next month.
