Let’s take a look at August’s Box of Happies! This box is made up of handmade art from different artists throughout the US. The contents vary every month. The box, which starts at $29.99, makes a great one-time gift as there are no recurring charges involved. Four to six items are included in each box, but you can also customize and add another bar of soap, candle, or piece of jewelry. Or, you can treat yourself to a little grab bag for just $15!

This month’s box had 4 items in it, neatly wrapped in a reusable craft box. A contents card is included in each shipment, letting you know the value of each item selected that month. This month’s box was valued at $33 + the value of the craft box that is included in each shipment.

This Pumpkin Paper Co Note Set ($3.82) is 5 cards and matching envelopes made of  a hard card stock. I can tell they are gong to take to ink really well! Each card has this cute double seating bicycle design.

A Lucky Clover Penny by Ward’s Corner was included ($5) where they had punched out a four leaf clover shape in to a 2017 penny and put it on a key chain. That’s different! If you look at their site, they have all sorts of shapes in a penny for $0.99.

The last 2 items were this earring set and necklace with matching charm valued at $24 for the set. The medallions were nice and will look great with a black top or dress. The chain was on the shorter side, which is good with a smaller medallion.

Finally, there is an information card included that lets you know how much everything costs and where you can find out more about them.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary to make you or a loved one smile give this box a try! It’s definitely a fun box for that special someone who enjoys the beauty of handmade things.
