The Boodle Box is a subscription for girls and teens (and really any age, this is just a fun box!). You can subscribe to either Boodle 1 for ages 5-10, or Boodle 2 for girls 11+ (tweens and teens). Boxes are filled with fun new products to help girls discover their new favorites and learn new things about themselves!

This review is for the Boodle 1 box for little girls. If you have teens in the family, get the Boodle 2 or the teen box which has more grown-up items appropriate for older girls.

The Boodle Box theme for August is ‘Seas’ The Day!

The information card lists all the items in the box and includes the retail price and stores where the item can be purchased.

Everything in the box!

Kitsch Mermaid Pouch ($9). The mermaid is so adorable!

This is a good storage for your hair ties or other small accessories.

ForKeyps Boodle of Bracelets: Children’s Literacy ($6.89). Another bracelet in Boodle Box’s meaningful bracelet series!

Girls will receive a beaded bracelet this month – this one stands for Children’s Literacy. Part of the proceeds go to a charity that assists with children’s literacy. Awesome awareness raising item for girls.

Knotty Gypset Pony Set ($14). This box came with a trio of colorful hair ties.

Pepperidge Farm Colored Goldfish ($0.43) These snack boxes are perfect for picking up individually sized snacks for emergency on the go bags.

I still haven’t met a kid who doesn’t love these.

Townley Girl Dory Brush ($2.99). We’re glad to see Dory (and Nemo) in this box.

So adorable!

It’s a great tool to fix any bad hair day!

EyeCandy Mermaid Hair ($4.99). We received purple, blue, green, and pink in neon colors. Can you get any more colorful than these?

We definitely love these!

Kate Aspen Flip-Flop Keychain ($2.99). A cute little summer bling.

It’s a fun way to accessorize your bag or wallet.

You will definitely not miss this! It’s so bright and yellow!

Candy Cakes Bath Bakery Mermaid Cupcake Bath Bomb ($6). Another mermaid item in the box.

This mermaid cupcake bath bomb looks so realistic…

…and also looks so edible! My daughter was thrilled because it’s just so cute.

Lip Smacker Dory Lip Gloss ($9.99). Because one lip gloss is clearly not enough, you’ll get a pack of lip smackers.

It came in 5 different flavors – Blue Tang Berry, Fish out of Watermelon Pop, Tropical Tidal Wave Treat, Gummy Bait, and Starfish Cookie.

You can see Dory and her friends – Nemo, Hank, the Otters, and Destiny!

These lip smackers are definitely for your tweens, especially for protection this hot summer.

Another great month for Boodle Box, with about $60 in value! We love the mermaid pouch and bath bomb. My daughter still gets excited to open it and check everything out! The Seas the Day theme this month was super cute, and the Finding Nemo themed items were really a hit.

My daughter was very disappointed with this box being “too babyish” she outgrew Dory years ago. As a box that caters to kids up to 10, I would have hoped that they would be more tuned in to the older girls in the group. Perhaps 5-10 is just too big of an age gap. I called boodle box with no response, after a week I emailed them. I got a quick reply back stating that my subscription had been changed to boodlebox2. Nothing else. I am not at all pleased with this company or their customer service. I wish I wasn’t in a contract and could switch to a different box for my daughter.
