1 Up Box is a geek and gamer subscription box. They describe themselves as “offering something remarkable, something creative, and something unique in which all geeks and gamers can fancy.” Each month, receive 4-6 items including gear, snacks, toys, art, and just about anything that spells awesome.

Everything in our August 1 Up Box!
Batman Rip Spin Warrior ($5.49) – 1Up box sent 1 of 9 different Warriors this month and we got Batman. We actually have a couple of these with different characters so my boys were happy to get this one. We added it to our collection for an epic battle.
Avengers Yo-Yo ($3.15) – This month we could get either the Avengers or the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and we would have been happy with either one. We actually just opened up a yo-yo but since we seem to go through them quickly I added this one to our outside toy stash for when the one we opened gets messed up.
Sanctorum Sticker – We love stickers and my boys are deciding who gets to add this one to their school binder already. They say they want to go and meet their classes first and then decide for sure.
1Up Pin – Every month 1Up sends a pin that goes along with the theme.
Zelda Mini Poster – My boys are telling me this is Zelda but I haven’t played in so long I’m not sure. I could go along with it though. We did just get the new Zelda game for our Nintendo Switch so I’m sure to catch up soon.
“Super Tacos” Exclusive Shirt – So I get that it is Daredevil but am I supposed to understand the tacos? My boys don’t seem to mind though and are happy with it and ran right off to add it to the youngest one’s closet so I’m guessing it’s a win.
This was just an ok 1 Up Box for us this month. The included items were fine but nothing was a stand out for us and none of the fandoms represented had that fresh feeling like I think we’ve gotten in other months. Even with that, my boys always love this box and they run off with the items and wear the shirts over and over which is fantastic.
The Theme for September has already been announced and it will be: Journey! I’m loving this graphic and all the included characters so I can’t wait to see what items are included.

hey the shirt is actually a cross of Deadpool with Super Mario 3(Mario can fly in that one). Just sharing my geek knowledge lol
