Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty subscription service that sends 4-7 items ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skin care. Best of all, they are 100% cruelty-free and vegan, plus most items are natural and non-toxic! Monthly recurring shipments are $22.95 with free shipping in the USA (there is an additional charge for other countries). This sub is also available in 6 or 12-month terms that do not renew but that do earn you a discount.

Vegan Cuts doesn’t offer customization and sends items that are suitable for almost everyone. They promise not to send foundation or other items that match a specific skin tone and instead send makeup items that are as inclusive as possible with possible variations in shades. They also promise a value of at least $30 but have sent boxes that are significantly above that mark. Vegan Cuts sends deluxe “travel” sized or full-sized products and rarely sends single use packets.

There was a product information card that included a coupon code for a shop purchase and info on how you can win a free box by sharing your box on social media.

The flip side of the card listed each item and the retail value. July’s box theme is Lunar Love.

There were two flyers included with some info on those products.

Everything in my July box!

Moon Souls Apothecary Lunar Soak ($11.95) I love mint and that is the first scent that greeted me when I opened this up! We are smack dab in the middle of our 100°+ days right now so a bath is the last thing I want but I am considering either strewing this on the shower floor or possibly doing a foot soak, both of which were suggested in the Vegan Cuts box spoilers.

The ingredients on the package are a little different from the ones on the website. For instance, the website doesn’t list mint but it does mention bergamot.

I have started mixing bath salts with sweet almond oil for a scrub but some of these salt chunks are pretty big. I love the fresh spearmint scent and my feet are in for a treat!

I have been using natural deodorants during the summer and so far, I have really liked this one the best! Green Tidings Natural Deodorant in Lavender ($7.59) rolled on smoothly and didn’t pull my skin like some natural deodorants do.

Shea butter, tapioca starch, and coconut oil are a few of the ingredients featured and it has a pleasant natural lavender scent. It also has baking soda, which some people are sensitive to, although I have no problems with it. Even though this is a deodorant and not an antiperspirant I didn’t feel wet at all. I couldn’t believe my pits were still dry and stink free at bedtime!

Goddess Garden Organics Orange Vanilla Natural Mineral Sunscreen Lip Balm ($3.99) My daughters’ are always asking for a beeswax-free lip balm since beeswax (or possibly another ingredient, we’re not sure) seems to make their lips irritated and bumpy. Zinc oxide offers SPF 30 protection and coconut oil, shea butter, and several other oils and butters make this very smooth and long lasting.

Orange peel oil and natural vanilla flavor give this balm a classic scent but I did notice a bit of white opaqueness. I layered a lipstick color over top that was too dark for me and now I have the perfect shade! This one is going with me on vacation!

The Wonder Seed Facial Scrub in Water Lotus ($12.95) is a gently scrubby facial treatment that uses jojoba beads to exfoliate while hemp seed oil reduces inflammation. I used a pea sized amount and that was too much, just a dab’ll do you.

Leeanni Eco 3 in 1 Revolution Light ($3.75) is a lighter version of the original product and is better for combination, oily, or normal skin. It’s a toner/moisturizer/serum in one plus it can be used as an eye cream and makeup remover! I thought it did a pretty good job under my makeup and I didn’t look oily at all. I didn’t notice any scent and actually prefer it that way when it comes to skincare!

Terre Mère Cosmetics Mineral Blush in Lychee ($15) Both the sneak peek and the info card said that everyone would be receiving the bronzer in “Sunstone” so I’m not sure why I received a blush but I like it!

There is a sifter insert inside so I just poured a little of this peachy pink blush in the cap and then dipped my blush brush and applied. I liked both the color and the longevity of this blush, it applied easily with no streaking and lasted all day.

Here is the blush swatched on my arm. Mica and titanium dioxide are two of the natural ingredients.

The July Vegan Cuts Beauty Box had 6 products from a variety of beauty categories – I love when that happens! I also really enjoyed all of the products – the smell of the bath salts, the awesome lip balm, the lovely blush, and the rest! This box had a value of around $55.23, which is more than twice the price paid for the box!
