Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty subscription service that sends 4-7 items ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skin care. Best of all, they are 100% cruelty-free! Monthly recurring shipments are $22.95 with free shipping in the USA (there is an additional charge for other countries). This sub is also available in 6 or 12-month terms that do not renew but that do earn you a discount.

Vegan Cuts doesn’t offer customization and sends items that are suitable for almost everyone. They promise not to send foundation or other items that match a specific skin tone and instead send makeup items that are as inclusive as possible with possible variations in shades. They also promise a value of at least $30 but have sent boxes that are significantly above that mark. Vegan Cuts sends deluxe “travel” sized or full-sized products and rarely sends single use packets.

There was a product information card that included a coupon code for a shop purchase and info on how you can win a free box by sharing your box on social media.

The flip side of the card listed each item and the retail value. June’s box theme is Uplifting Beauty.

Everything in my June box!

Little Moon Essentials Beach All You Want Mineral Bath ($1.38) smells like a fresh tangerine and is made with four different types of salt, including one from the beaches of Hawaii. Pour it into the bath just before you get in, close your eyes, and inhale that juicy scent while you are transported to an island getaway. I rarely take baths in the summertime so I’m considering mixing this with a carrier oil and turning it into a body scrub!

Earthly Body Miracle Oil ($5.50) is hailed as “nature’s perfect solution” and can be used for a myriad of applications. Rub into cuticles, feet, elbows, stretch marks, skin irritations, and so on.

It has the same kind of dropper-style lid, known as a Euro dropper, as essential oils and smells strongly of tea tree oil. The other ingredients include soybean, avocado, hemp, apricot, and jojoba seed oils. I frequently get razor burn after shaving so I plan on using this to see if it helps reduce that redness and irritation.

Jing Ai Vegan Lip & Cheek Glo in Pink Chiffon ($10) sure looks pretty and is made with all organic ingredients here in the U.S.A.

Pink Chiffon is a pretty bubblegum pink shade that gets its color from minerals.

Here it is swatched on my arm. I applied it to my lips and also tried it out on my cheeks. On my lips it was much too opaque and I looked like a mod from the 1960’s. On my cheeks you could hardly tell it was there.

ADORAtherapy Awake Gal on the Go Mood Boost ($24)

Look at how pretty the packaging is for this aromatherapy spray! Each of the different scents has a cute “model” on the box and you can find scents to help you feel beautiful, smart, peaceful, etc. This one is supposed to help me feel awake, naturally.

The directions say to spray, breathe, and transform. I think this is meant as a spray around your body and not on your skin. The essential oils in this particular blend are organic lavender, frankincense, patchouli, rosewood, tulsi, neroli, and cinnamon. Am I the only person who sneezes whenever I use this type of product? Anyways, the scent smells like it would be welcome in a yoga studio therefore I like it, and of course it fades quickly but I enjoyed it while it lasted!

I couldn’t find the Jasmine scent of Sade Baron Body Cream ($9) so I linked to the unscented version, although there are a few other scents on the site.

The thick cream contains apricot seed oil, hemp seed oil, and vitamin E along with some extracts and went on thick but rubbed in quickly. I don’t know how to put my finger on it but the scent wasn’t to my liking so I may use it on my feet.

I do love the scent of Clarisea Sea Salt Solutions Instant Glow Powder Exfoliant in Lavender ($2.40). Sea salt and lavender powder are two of the main ingredients in this gentle exfoliant that you can customize to your skin’s needs.

I suggest you take a nice deep breath of the relaxing aroma before mixing it with your favorite cleanser. Rub over skin to massage in and then rinse. You can start with half scrub/half cleanser and customize as needed.

The June Vegan Cuts Beauty Box had 6 products from a variety of beauty categories – I love when that happens! Not all of the products were a perfect fit (the scent of the body lotion, the color of the lip balm/blush) but I still enjoyed trying them out and love the other items. This box had a value of around $52.28, which is more than twice the price paid for the box!
