Sole Society Straw Panama Hat ($27)
This Panama hat has just the right shade for summer. I love the light wheat color – and the fact that it’s plenty large (too many hats in subscription boxes aren’t large enough).
This Pom Pom trim is just the right amount to add a touch of fun to the hat without going overboard. So cute!
Raen Durante Sunglasses in Black ($150) Subscribers chose between black and tortoise!
These glasses have an updated cat eye vibe that’s a bit of a reimagining of the traditional more elongated cat eye.
I love this update and they ooze modern glamour!
Helena Quinn Custom Kimono ($120)
This kimono was produced exclusively for Box of Style!
The fabric is a sheer georgette and it features a modern floral watercolor print on a black background.
The kimono is nice and drapey up to probably a size 12 or so, with a more fitted look for larger sizes. I would say perhaps around size 20 there may be some issues – this seems to have less fabric than last year’s caftan and it would have been nice to have a plus size available for subscribers.
Beautycounter Protect Stick Sunscreen ($18)
I love Beautycounter and we are seeing more of them and the Never List – ingredients that they will never use. This is great – and also means that I get a yummy scented (!) water resistant sunscreen stick without any yucky ingredients – and it goes on clear! This stick formula is surprisingly smooth and works great.
The Brave Collection Compass Necklace ($115)
Continuing with last season’s artisan theme this piece was crafted in Cambodia and celebrates bravery and women’s empowerment. 10% of the proceeds are donated to fight human trafficking.
This necklace is so sweet and I love the compass for summer – it captures both the spirit of adventure as well as finding your way.
I think everyone is going to love this one and every lady will have her own meaning for it! It’s plated 14k gold.
Beauty Counter Cream Blush in Hibiscus ($37)
This goes on smooth like the sunscreen stick, but it’s a highly pigmented cream blush that will work as a lipstick too!
The combo of the sunscreen stick and blusher is cute – avoid the bad pink on your cheeks, and layer on the pink you want!
If you’re in love with this box, don’t forget that it’s still available, but not for long!
Another fabulous box from Box of Style! I thought everything was really elegant and sophisticated with a fun fashiony vibe with so many things packed in – there was nearly $470 in value in this box! I especially love that you can just take everything in this box, pile it on, and look effortlessly put together – just like you had Rachel Zoe on speed dial for a fashion emergency!
