Luxury Scent Box is a subscription fragrance service that sends you the perfume or cologne of your choice for $15 a month. You can choose you own scents or let them pick for you based on answers you give on a short quiz. They have tons of authentic designer and niche fragrances for you to choose from, which they decant into bottles before shipping. You can choose month to month or pay for 11 months and get the 12th month free! Also, you can add an extra fragrance and case to your shipment for $18! Shipping is always free.

When you create your account there is a short questionnaire that you fill in so that Luxury Scent Box will know what types of scents you prefer.

Luxury Scent Box has a huge assortment of fragrances, including niche and designer choices such as Black Opium and Mon Paris. Note that Premium fragrances are $3 extra.

I received a box within a box and it was cushioned with shredded paper squiggles.


I received a velvet holder, which comes in the first box and keeps the sprayer from getting scratched in your purse or backpack.

I also received a sample of Versace Bright Crystal!

The first shipment also comes with a refillable silver case. New, colorful cases are sent quarterly. I had a slight problem with my case – I couldn’t get the perfume out of the sprayer! I contacted Luxury Scent Box, who passed it on to quality control and suggested I try removing it with tweezers but it was really jammed in there. I have several other Luxury Scent Box perfumes and sprayers and this is the first time I’ve had one stick. My scent will simply be in the silver sprayer from now on, no big deal.

Luxury Scent Box sends 9ml (.30 FL OZ) of fragrance, making it one of the largest travel sized perfumes!

There were several inserts. One was about a featured fragrance house.

Two other cards gave more info on the subscription and how to share pictures on social media.

I asked Luxury Scent Box to pick a scent for me based on my scent profile and on previous scents I have tried and liked. I received Tiramani by Shelley Kyle ($40 for 30ml). Tiramani is classified as a white floral musk with notes of blood orange, Madonna lily, white nectarine, cashmere musk, and night-blooming jasmine. The perfume name and brand is on the bottle so you can keep track of them when switching scents.

This is my new favorite scent! I absolutely love it! I’m not one for musk but all I smell is sweet, juicy, luscious tangerine! I have searched for a citrus scent that is true to an actual fruit and with my body chemistry, this is it! I’ve tried fruity scents before but they fade quickly, and usually to a generic white floral, but this one got slightly stronger as the day went on but still smelled just as fresh picked as when I first sprayed it on. I am amazed and I love this scent, it is perfect for summer! The value was around $12, which is pretty good for a scent subscription and I didn’t have to shell out $40 for a full size that I might have regretted. I would recommend Luxury Scent Box to anyone who is looking for a large variety of scents to choose from and who likes getting a new case every few months for no extra charge.

    Nothing but good thing about this company. Tried other services and they cant compare. Generally sipping is quick. Had one issue with LSB where my shipment was lost in the mail. reached out to customer service on the phone and it was resolved the next day. I’m addicted to LSB!

    Susan, I’m sorry to hear you are having problems with your box. Have you reached out to them on Twitter or Instagram? If all else fails, it may be time to contact your credit card company (or the card company of the person who sent the gift, if it was a close family member).

    I got a one year subscription for Christmas. I was very excited. Unfortunately, three out of the six months I’ve been a member, I’ve had to email them and ask where my shipment is because it’s late. For exmaple, it’s now June 13, and I’m still waiting for my May shipment. I think they are either understaffed or customer service is not their priority. In any event, I won’t be asking for another subscription once mine ends. Too bad; it’s a nice idea.

    Jerod, thank you for taking the time to read and for leaving a comment. I am sorry you had trouble with LSB. I haven’t encountered any difficulties but I certainly understand your frustration and hope that it comes to a conclusion soon. If contacting the company doesn’t help then maybe it’s time to reach out to the credit card company for a chargeback. I wish you luck.

    This service has been a nightmare. Joined 12/17 and the first two months were great! Then the nightmare began.
    My third shipment was never received yet was marked “completed” in the status section. I waited patiently for a week and then reached out. The customer service person was cordial and apologetic and promised to rectify immediately. Well I waited another two weeks and nothing. I reached out again and was told they had an issue with their system and some members were affected. THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP! I never received a notification although they admitted they were aware of the situation. Wasted my time.

    The most frustrating aspect is thatnits IMPOSSIBLE to keep your monthly selections in your “calendar”. If you receive a shipment at all don’t expect it to be what you initially selected. EVERY time I check my calendar they have made a change to some random cheap scent.

    I’ve decided to share my experience now because I’m waiting on my fourth shipment again. Said it was completed a month ago. Nothing from luxury scent box except the charge on my card. I’ve cancelled, hopefully that doesn’t take months to take effect!

    The product if received does appear to be legit. I brought them to a department store for comparison and could tell no difference. I cannot make any claims that they sell imitation products.
