Loot Crate‘s theme for June is ALTER-EGO.  Loot Crate is the original nerd subscription box for geeks & gamers. Every month you’ll get awesome, mostly exclusive geeky pop culture items curated around a theme for only $20 per month, shipped.

DEAL: Save 15% on any subscription when you use this link and coupon code HELLOSUBSCRIPTION15.

Every Loot Crate box comes with the mini mag!

There’s a monthly letter, and details about every item in this month’s Crate.

Everything in our June 2017 box! My husband easily spent 15 minutes transforming Optimus Prime, I have no idea why he didn’t take more photos of it!

Update: Optimus Prime in all his glory!

Loot Crate June 2017 ALTER-EGO Pin: Dr. Jekyll and Hyde

The most classic of all Alter Egos – Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde!

This month’s Loot Pins unlocks the hit mobile fighting game – Saban’s Power Rangers: Legacy Wars!

DC Comic New 52 Poster Collection

This book is a collection of 5×7 mini posters!

There are 40 posters in all, all from the New 52 DC line.

Some slight swooning over Batman (peak Bat-fever at our house currently).

Same for Batgirl!

Lest you think the posters were a little tame…

Hulk 6″ Bowl

Hulk’s great big green fingers grasp a green bowl, perfect for cereal.

This one’s handwash only and honestly it might see better use as a LEGO dish or even a nut bowl! HULK SMASH!

QFig Marvel Spider-Man Webslinger Figure

An exclusive Black & White variant of this Q-Fig!

Splat!

Tons of detail here!

I’m hoping to see even more franchises as Q-Figs in the future, they’re fun and detailed.

Transformers G1 Optimus Prime T-Shirt

Finally, balance is restored in my closet – until now, I actually had more Decepticon shirts than Autobot tees!  I think this one is pretty epic, and it reminds me of all my favorite heather blue shirts as an 80s kid. LOVE this design!

Secret Order Of Keys: The challenge continues!

If you answered last month’s challenge correctly (unfortunately I don’t have access with this review box!) you received a digital key and bonus loot in this month’s box (To earn Bonus Loot you must complete every challenge for a given month by the posted deadline AND be an active subscriber who receives the following month’s crate).

The figure and the shirt were really big wins this month for me! We also liked the posters (and there are plenty to share!). Unlike their other lines, this box arrived on time (on the 22nd to be exact!) so I’m happy with Loot Crate’s performance for their main crate. I think for licensed items, they really pack it in for $21.99!

What did you think of this month’s Loot Crate?

‘peak Bat-fever at our house currently’ ??? lol thats amazing! Wish someone else in my house would share my fangirl interests..
Dont get me wrong, I did get my mom into a few doramas once upon a time, but its not the same as fandoms and action figures.

Oh well you see The Lego Batman movie just came out on video and school vacation just started and we went to the library and checked out all the batman books and everything is batman. Including undies, at least for my 6 year old, and all art projects. He has a Funko pop Batman he takes everywhere in the car as a security item 🙂 Oh plus I bought him a mini batwing Lego set at the Target checkout line on Sunday. It’s just all Batman all the time! We have enough people so that we pretty much have any and all significant fandoms covered. However, I freely admit that I drive the family geekery.
