Kids Prize Pack is a fun kids’ subscription box that centers a different theme around each month. There are four age categories: Boys ages 4-8, Girls ages 4-8, Boys ages 9-12, Girls ages 9-12. The boxes range from early readers to chapter books along with age appropriate toys and collectibles. This is always such a fun box for my boys and they love the story and how the toys fit into the overall theme.

DEAL: Save 10% on your first month with code MARKETPLACE2016.

Every month there is a comic included. Some months it has its own card and is two-sided but this month it is on the back of the info card. My 9-year-old loves graphic novels and takes off with the comics each month as soon as they come in.

I Survived: The Sinking Of The Titanic ($4.24) So as adults we all know about Titanic and then with the movie we have a love story for us to enjoy. This is a great take on the titanic story through the eyes of a little boy. This is going in our summer TBR (to be read) pile.

The most terrifying events in history are brought vividly to life in this New York Times bestselling series! Ten-year-old George Calder can’t believe his luck — he and his little sister, Phoebe, are on the famous Titanic, crossing the ocean with their Aunt Daisy. The ship is full of exciting places to explore, but when George ventures into the first class storage cabin, a terrible boom shakes the entire boat. Suddenly, water is everywhere, and George’s life changes forever. Lauren Tarshis brings history’s most exciting and terrifying events to life in this New York Times bestselling series. Readers will be transported by stories of amazing kids and how they survived!

Duncan Limelight Yoyo ($9.99) – Who doesn’t love a yoyo? And then to have one that lights up? Fantastic! I, of course, suck at yoyo-ing but my boys are working on really doing it and having a blast.

Mini Launch Rocket – I’ve already had to get this out of a tree so I’m saying its a big hit.

Toysmith Boomer Rang – Another fun outdoor toy. When you press the center it will light up and flicker for a set bit of time. You can see a couple of the lights below.

Toysmith Web Football – Do you like this one? Well, I was a bad blogger and we opened the box and when my boys saw this football we had to take it to the pool with us and guess what? It did not make it home with us. 🙁 I’m still on the lookout for it but it was a huge hit and everyone had a great time playing football in the pool. We are pretty sure it was left during an adult swim and the rush to get back to the chairs and hopefully someone accidentally put it in their bag and will return it to the lost and found this weekend when they find it.

This was a great kick off for summer box from Kids Prize Pack. I love that the toys are all easy enough for my boys to do on their own and they can ( and have) take them outside to play. They are old school toys but with the added flash of colors and lights they are prefect for kids in 2017. We can’t wait to see the next theme and what fun they include with it.

Guess what showed up today? The big kids brought the football home from the pool. We’ve all been checking lost and found everyone we go and today it was there. Woohoo.
