June’s Loot Crate DX has been delayed because of a too large internal box. Bummed it will take a few extra days, but I appreciate the non-jokey transparency.

We had a slight miscommunication with one of our suppliers which has caused a short delay with June’s DX crates.
Unfortunately, your crate will be arriving a few days later than usual. Tracking emails will go out soon (if you haven’t already received yours).
As for how this happened… Putting our crates together is a very complicated process. One of the most important steps is making sure crates are packed in a way that won’t smash any items but also won’t allow much room for movement during shipping.
Due to a miscommunication, one of the products (it’s awesome) arrived in a box that was bigger than expected and will not actually fit in the crate (trust us, we play a lot of Tetris). We’re expediting getting the boxes remade, so you should see a tracking email by the end of the month.
