The FCS of the Month Club features full sized products including past scents making a revival, current releases, and at least one brand new product for us to be guinea pigs with! I love FCS’s products and I am so excited to see what they have chosen! The box is $28 a month and shipping is calculated at check out based on your location.

Each month the FCS theme is revealed for next month, and you have the option to skip it if the theme isn’t your cup of tea. This month’s theme is Naked. The premise of this box is that all of the items are unscented, and you are sent a coupon code for a free custom perfume oil to scent them with. I have not used my coupon for a few reasons.

  • Shipping to Canada is costly. The perfume oils are $10 USD, but shipping to Canada is $11-ish. The US shipping is flat rate $4.95.
  • The offer was only valid during a special CYS (customise your scent) event, June 21-22. I received my box on June 22.
  • Update: They changed the dates of the event to June 23-25.

The info booklet includes details on all the products as well as scent descriptions.

Full Moon OCD Hand Sanitizer ($2.89) These are great to toss into a purse, as they are small and handy. Add 1-3 drops of perfume oil to scent this.

Nude Beach Hair Oil ($8.99) Vitamin E strengthens hair while olive oil and argan oil add moisture and shine.

Buck Naked Aloe Infused Shower Oil ($10.99) Perfect for sensitive skin, the unscented version is light and doesn’t grease up your skin.

Naked as a Jaybird Aloe Me Mist Me ($9.99) The original Mist Me has been amped up with aloe and peppermint for a refreshing feeling!

Strip Tease Sea Salt Mist ($9.99) Perfect for making those beachy waves for a relaxed look!

In the Buff Aloe Infused Sugar Scrub ($11.75) A new version infused with aloe. This is a much creamier sugar scrub than the original, and I loved how soft it made my skin feel!

Birthday Suit Aloe Infused Whipped Cream ($6.99) Another aloe version of a popular product. The whipped cream is my favourite FCS product!

This month’s box had a value of around $60, which is lower than normal. That’s not including the free perfume oil, which is $9, so altogether it is around the $70 mark. While all of the items in this month’s box were the same high quality I expect from FCS, I didn’t enjoy the theme or find it exciting. The reason I love FCS is not only the products but the creative scents and themes. I don’t want to have to do that part myself, especially jumping through hoops to order my custom blend and then waiting another 2 weeks for it to arrive in the mail! Still, it was a creative idea and maybe in future they could allow subscribers to instead choose a scent from a small list if they opt not for a custom blend.
