BeautyFIX is a monthly subscription box from Dermstore that sends you the latest skin care, hair care, and makeup products for $24.95 a month (or $34.95 for a one-time purchase). They feature full and travel-sized products and promise the box will contain at least $100 worth of items. Everyone receives the same products, although makeup colors or scents may differ, but at least you will know what you’re getting if you decide to purchase the box after you see the contents.

Paula’s Choice Sunscreen Spray Broad Spectrum SPF 43 ($25) A full size spray-on misting sunscreen that’s worth more than the cost of the box – we’ve automatically won with the first item, everything else is a bonus!
It’s a pretty normal sunscreen but I do like the spritz-on pump.
H20+ Beauty AquaDefense Refining Matcha Detox Mask ($8.08)
This pretty green (almost sparkly) peel off mask is like the grownup version of my teenage faves. It removes impurities caused by environmental pollutants and leaves skin smoother and softer. And it smells GREAT!
SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E ($25.33?) This resveratrol serum is made to diminish visible signs of aging and improve the appearance of skin radiance, firmness, and density.
This night serum is all about the antioxidants – “1% pure, stable resveratrol, synergistically enhanced with 0.5% baicalin and 1% pure vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) for optimized anti-aging antioxidant performance.” Perfect for age spots!
Laura Geller New York Pout Perfection Waterproof Lip Liner ($18)
A full-size waterproof lip liner in a perfect for anyone nude.This liner is enhanced with vitamin E so it feels ultra smooth.
La Roche Posay Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer ($1) This tiny tube was mostly empty. Boo hoo, because I like this brand – it was good for really only 1 application, but I liked what I was able to use – this moisturizer was pretty much perfect for me with ceramidin to help lock in moisture and niacinamide for age spots. Despite the small size sample I’m seriously considering a full-size purchase!
Supersmile Professional Whitening System (2 piece set – $5.81)
This is so spendy but it’s perfect for travel – you combine the accelerator & toothpaste on your brush and you’re ready for whiter teeth! I never have any sensitivity with Supersmile so I’m always happy to receive!
Dermalogica Nightly Lip Treatment ($18.58) So this is a brand new product but I swear it’s basically the same thing as Vaseline Lip Therapy that I used when I was a teenager (I think current products are different). Seriously, smelled and felt exactly the same.
However, this product is different and it’s made for both the lip and right around the lip area with super hydrating ingredients like shea butter.
ORA Microneedle Face Roller System in White ($19.99)
The entire roller came in a sealed plastic bag to ensure hygiene!

You can feel the needles, but they don’t hurt. I can’t tell you if it’s effective or not, but I was happy to try it out, and I know that tons of people swear by these!
This box had nearly $125 in value and there were some real goodies in there for me, most especially sunscreen and that gel mask, but it was fun to try out the microneedling trend too. I wish that moisturizer had been larger, but what a great discovery!
