Walt Life Box

Walt Life Addiction Subscription is a monthly Disney-themed subscription box. There have been changes made to the subscription since it was last reviewed. There are three different size boxes available. The smallest size is the Classic Box which has 3+ surprise items. The middle size is the Magic which has four or more items. The Magic Box can be further customized by selecting Prince, Princess, or Neutral (male/female) and then an age group. The largest size box is the Magic Plus Box which contains four plus items including a Disney Park item. It is also further customized by gender and age. This subscription is named after their company and Disney fan community which has been around since 2009!

Side View

I included this view for all the Beauty and the Beast Fans.

First Peek Minus One Item which is to the side of the box

There is one item missing from this photo because it blocked the view of the other items. The box arrived wrapped in plastic and was bulging.

Walt Life Magic Plus Princess 18+ April One Time Box

I am sensing a Disney Princess theme. Here are the items in the Walt Life Magic Plus Princess 18+ One Time Box. The items are different than what is featured in the April monthly subscription box. I paid $58.00 for the Magic Plus Box plus $8.00 shipping, whereas if I had subscribed, it would have cost me $48.00 plus free shipping. Subscribing is the better deal!

Disney Princess Lanyard

My 8-year-old son is excited that I have my very own Dream Big Disney Princess Lanyard ($5.66). Now I can join him in the fine art of pin trading with the cast members the next time we go to Disney. The lanyard is 18″ long.

Walt Disney World Survey Marker Pin

I now have a pin to add to my lanyard. At first, I was disappointed by the Walt Disney World 2008 Survey Marker Pin (appx $9.99.) I estimated the pin’s price based on other pins available in the Disney Store. The Hidden Mickey Pin, #2 out of 5, seemed uninteresting to me. Then I read up about the use of the survey markers in Disney World and how they can be viewed today. My 8 year old and I will be on a quest to locate the survey marker that matches the pin the next time we visit Disney.

The bottom left reads, “Official Pin Trading 2008.” Walt Life also offers two Pin Collector Subscription boxes. I’m looking forward to my first trade!

Belle Figurine

The lovely Belle Figurine (appx $2.50) appears to be from this playset. I will be given Belle to my sister who loves Beauty and the Beast. Yet here I am wearing a Beauty and a Beast shirt as I am writing this review!

It’s a solid piece and beautiful enough to be put on display.

Disney Princess Drawstring Sling Bag

The Disney Princesses are modeling their beautiful gowns on the Disney Princess Drawstring Sling Bag ($9.99 on Amazon.) I am not a big Disney Princess fan. However, I babbled like a fool when I meet Snow White. She will always be my favorite Princess. I will find a use for the bag because she is front and center on the bag.

Disney Princess Diary with Lock

My sister will enjoy the Disney Princess Dream Big Diary with Lock (appx $6.00). It reminded me of the diaries I had when I was a child.

Princesses, glitter, secrets, and a lock and key! It’s beautiful, but not for me.

I am not sure how anyone can write anything on the pages! That would drive me crazy!!!

Disney Pad

I love this colorful pad! The Enesco Disney by Brielle Belle Notepad ($5.25) is adorable. The handcrafted notebook is designed by an artist.

It’s a solid, bright and cheery notepad that fits in my purse.

I will be using it often! I love receiving vibrant, useful items.

Belle Throw

The Belle Throw Blanket ($19.99 Disney Store Tag, $17.99 on Walt Life) is the item that is not featured in the sneak peek picture. It was the first item that I saw when opening the box which made my day! The blanket is a wonderful reminder of our lunch at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom.

The 100% polyester blanket is soft and snugly. The 60″ x 50″ is long enough to keep me cozy.

I had a hard time reading the inscription. My teenager had no problems and told me it said, “Tale as Old as Time” which is the title of the song that Belle and the Beast dance to in the ballroom. Oops!

A bookmark was included which my eight-year-old son claimed.

A Beauty and the Beast postcard was included.

Front
Back

We also received two Beauty and the Beast trading cards. J (age 8) began to scratch off the mirror on the back for me.

Walt Life is also running a contest!

I received the letter “L”. I am off to a good start!

I enjoyed my one-time Walt Life Magic Plus Princess Box. My favorite item is the Belle blanket. It brought back memories from our Disney trip. I have a big smile on my face every time I look at the blanket! My sister would go crazy over the Disney Princess theme, whereas I am not as big as a fan. I did like it enough to subscribe to the May box which is less expensive than purchasing a one-time box. It’s a great box for Disney fans!
