Love with Food is a popular snack subscription that also carries a gluten-free option! It is a fun snack discovery subscription available in three versions: classic tasting box, deluxe/family size, and gluten-free. This version is the gluten-free box, but you can see our reviews of the other versions too. You might not know it from all of the more adventurous Japanese snack boxes I review, but I actually do have a sensitivity for gluten (along with a laundry list of other ingredients) so I have to be careful how much of it I consume. When Love With Food started shipping internationally, this was great news for me!

My box always arrives mid-month. They don’t include details on the product card, but the info is available on their website.
Artisan Baker Multigrain Bread — Two slices of this gluten free bread to try in a sandwich. It has sour dough in it so I’m really excited to try it, as I love sour dough bread
Bakery on Main Maple Muffin Oatmeal — I hate hot oatmeal (it’s a texture thing) so I will be giving this to my sister to try. It’s loaded with whole grains and maple syrup to sweeten.
Banza White Cheddar Mac & Cheese — The noodles are made with chickpea flour! I like chickpea pasta as it doesn’t get super mushy. I’m really excited to try this as I loooove mac and cheese.
Wowbutter — Two packets of the soy-based peanut butter alternative. I am allergic to soy so I can’t have this. These little packs are so handy for lunches and travel though.
Kalefornia Grape Fruit Snack — I’m really behind when it comes to squeezable snacks. This one has grape and apple juices as well as kale juice.
Glutino Pretzel Twists — One thing gluten free flours have in their favour is that because they are much more dense, they can have a tough and hard texture instead of chewy and cakey when you cook. Not as easy to work with for cookies, but AWESOME for hard crunchy snacks like this. I actually prefer these to regular gluten-filled pretzels. They are so crunchy and salty, I love it.
Plentils Garlic & Parm Chips — Same with these lentil chips. They are crunchy and savoury and honestly I am all aboard the lentil train.
Munk Pack Peanut Butter Choc Chip Protein Cookie — A big cookie containing 18g of protein.
GF Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers — I can’t think of the last time I’ve had anything like a Ritz cracker. They’re so crunchy and salty, and these are just as good.
Figgies and Jammies — A gluten free Fig Newton! This was soft and tasty.
Lemon Candy Puffs — These are so good! They are hard candies but they have a sort of chalky bite to them so you can crunch them without breaking a tooth.
I think this might be my favourite month this year! So many yummy goodies and things I would legitimately repurchase endlessly if I had easy access to them.
