DegustaBox is a monthly subscription box that brings your favorite food and snacks to your doorstep. The subscription costs $19.99 per month in the US, £12.99 per month in the UK and you’ll get a box filled with 10-15 products and goodies! We love this box and all of the goodies that come for us to try. I love the size of this box. It is always big and so full!

The brown butcher paper keeps all of the yummies nice and neat inside. DegustaBox does a great job of wrapping the glass jars in bubble wrap and keeping things from getting broken and there are so many full-size items in the box everything is all packed in and good for shipping.

DEAL: For a limited time get your first box for $10 off – just $9.99! Use code HELLOSUBSCRIPTION. You’ll also get free shipping and a free bonus gift!

Everything in the May box!

The information sheets are always great and full of information on the included items.

The back has a recipe or two with some of the included items. This is a recipe that we actually make something pretty similar to already.

Mulino Bianco Galletti ($2.99) and Mulino Bianco Sfilati ($3.99) – Holy moly, these are not something I can keep in my house. We downed the bags so fast. They are so good and I’m in love. They would be so dangerous to have around all the time.

Pure Growth Organic Original Oatmeal ($2.98) – The boxes came with one of three flavors and we got the Original. I’m just not an oatmeal eater. I have tried it before and I’ve tried putting things in it and I just can’t do it. I think its a texture thing for me. With that my boys don’t eat it either but I may see if they want to give this a try and if not then I’ll pass it along to my friend who loves oatmeal.

Mutti Polpa ($2.29) – I’m going to have to come up with a recipe for this one. It is my kind of thing since I love tomato sauces but I don’t like big chunks of tomato.

Barilla Farfalle ($1.68) and Barilla Pesto ($2.99) – We are a pasta family and my son actually takes pasta everyday for lunch to school. I love Farfalle and the recipe included this month is actually one we make a similar meal for. I don’t use sausage but it is great with both chicken and shrimp and then with asparagus or the broccoli. I do it both ways and its all deliciousness.

La Tortilla Factory tortillas ($2.99) – Another staple in my house are tortillas. We do tacos, fajitas, rollups, and quesadillas. They can really go with anything. These are a unique blend of corn and wheat, are non-GMO, and contain 14g of whole grain in each one.

Village Harvest Quinoa ($3.29) – I like quinoa and tend to get it out since I always think its hard to cook but this one cooks in just 15 minutes and has some great flavors to it. I’m going to give it a try and see what my boys think of it. DegustaBox sent out 2 different flavors and with the Red & Brown Rice with Black Beans that I got it looks like it would be great with some Mexican food. So we can use the tortillas and the quinoa for a dinner one night.

Goya Lentil & Vegetable Soup ($1.99) – So I’m the only one in my house that likes soups. Even when I make a chili it is so thick and then they scoop it with a slotted spoon. I do however love lentils and this is the perfect size for me to make a nice soup one night when they have something else to eat.

Soy Vay Asian Honey BBQ ($4.99) – I’m not a honey fan but this marinade screams wings to me. I think it would be great on some Asian style wings backed in the oven.

Dandies Marshmallows ($.80) – An extra gift in the box this month and some marshmallows made with all natural ingredients and containing no gelatin. Now I want to make s’mores and I need to run out and grab some graham crackers and chocolate.

DegustaBox always sends a box full of items we both already know and love and items that are new to us. This month was no exception and I’ve found some new items to try and love.  Getting full size items each month is great since we can really get a taste for it and try it out fully to make a decision on whether we are going to get more of it or not. I like that they send items that get us out of our normal meal rut and have us trying new flavors and foods.  We love getting out box each month and can never wait to see what they send next.

Have you tried DegustaBox? Happy eating!
