Covet Crate is a bimonthly women’s subscription box geared towards professional women, sending items that a busy and stylish woman will actually use and appreciate! Every other month you will receive carefully curated items geared toward the professional woman’s lifestyle to help empower, motivate, inspire, and encourage you. There are two versions of this box – the Girl Boss box or the Lady Boss box.

Lady Boss Box ($94.95): The Lady Boss has experience in her industry. She is at the top of her game and is looked up to by her peers. Professional and beautiful items make her feel in control of life and work.

Girl Boss ($54.95): A Girl Boss has a fresh perspective on her industry. She takes her career seriously without being too serious. Fun colors and cute patterns inspire her to grow and succeed in her career.

DEAL: You can save 15% on the first month of any month-to-month subscription (Girl Boss or Lady Boss) with coupon code HELLOSUBSCRIPTION15.

The box comes with a mini magazine with a feature on a woman that changed the world.

The table of contents makes it easy to find information on the items. The May theme is ‘Take A Deep Breath.’

Each brand has an information page that provides detail on the company and the item.

I see a relaxing frog over there, reminding us to take a break! LOL.

The mini-magazine is indeed jampacked, although the format is much smaller than it was before.

This month’s Lady Boss Box.

D.W. Designs Handmade Heatable Eye Pillow With Lavender & Flaxseed Filling ($14)

For those who are not familiar, eye pillows are pouches made of cloth which are filled with herbs. The one we got has lavender and flax seed which are said to have calming effects. The scent is lovely and wonderful.

This eye pillow can be either heated or chilled, depending on how you want to use it or calms you better. Since I have a few of these I’m going to tuck an older one in a drawer and use this new one!

“Lady Boss” Double Wall Stainless Steel Water Bottle ($18)

A sleek water bottle you can bring whether at work or at play!

Luna’s Delights Praline Pecans ($6)

These freshly roasted nuts are made with sugar, pure vanilla, and praline flavoring.

Dairy-free and gluten-free too!

Gilliam Sticks – Candy sticks are a nice pick-me-up on a busy afternoon at work. We got one in blackberry flavor and one in peaches and cream.

Essentially Ferina Geranium & Primrose Essential Oil Blend ($7.99)

Because lady bosses need to be pampered too! This oil blend smells like roses, and it’s a nice pure scent. The bottle’s size and roll on design is perfect for those who are always on-the-go. Works great for aromatherapy and massaging.

Amazi Charcoal + Coconut Oil Handcrafted Bar Soap ($4.99)

Plus points for the packaging that clearly states what we need to know about this handcrafted soap. Made from ethically sourced ingredients and no harmful chemicals!

Looks good and smells good too! Its activated charcoal powder is good for acne prone skin because it helps eliminate toxins.

The coconut oil component helps in moisturizing and rejuvenating the skin.

Whipped Up Wonderful Shea Butter Bath Macarons ($15.99)

So colorful! These look nice – but unfortunately, they’re not for eating.

According to the label on the box, you can use one macaron per bath or mix a few for a unique bathing experience.

We received five macarons in different scents: Orange Blossom, Vanilla Creamy, Rose Blooming, Black Raspberry & Vanilla, and Honey Lavender Sweet. They are super cute and sweet!

Travel Notebook with Sticky Flags & Pen ($6)

It has everything you need to take down notes and keep them organized – even when you’re on the go.

Tom Marks Photo Art Print ($14)

We received two classy art prints which both depict blooming flowers.

It would look nice when framed. A subtle reminder that, just like a flower, you will bloom beautifully at the right time.

These Are Made To Fly Cotton Tote Bag ($15)

This tote’s style is kind of unusual compared to the usual totes we get. It is wider and has a front pocket.

Nevertheless, we’ll surely find a use for this sturdy new cotton tote from Covet Crate.

Covet Crate is a subscription that would make a nice treat for any working woman. It contains a combination of items you can use at work and items you can use to pamper yourself. Every box is like an encouragement to work hard, but also a reminder that you also deserve to unwind.

What do you think of the May Covet Crate?

Certainly not an extraordinary, valuable box that is a must – have. Just a bunch of nice items put together with absolutely no cost savings. And candy??? Really?? You can do better than that!

It’s well curated but for a $94 box there really is very little value to it and no wow item. It seems like a great gift box you’d throw together from a discount store for a coworker getting a promotion but nothing to really fall in love with.
