Snack Fever is a monthly subscription box that delivers all your favorite Korean snacks, as well as other hard-to-find Korean treats. Each month, subscribers will get 5 to 12 Korean snacks and treats, depending on their subscription.

Snack Fever is available in three boxes, the mini box, the original box, and the deluxe box, and subscriptions are $14, $25, and $42, respectively, every month. This is the Original Box!

Snack Fever boxes are themed – April is Korean Cherry Blossom Festival!

DEAL: Save $3 off your first box (Mini, Original, Deluxe). Use coupon code HELLOSUB3.

The info cards add cultural flavor – and the word of the month!

The distinctive red box always has a fun paper liner to keep everything a surprise.

Everything in my April Box!

Metal Korean Chopsticks: I don’t think it’s on the card, which would be helpful for for K-culture newbs, that Koreans use metal chopsticks.

These metal chopsticks have SnackFever etched right onto them and they were perfect for eating up my Paldo!

Cherry Blossom Stickers: Some pretty Sakura stickers were also in the box.

Vita500 Drink: This is really just apple juice fortified with additional vitamins, but most especially Vitamins C & B2.

It’s Asia’s #1 selling vitamin drink! This drink does not contain caffeine, taurine, artificial colors or preservatives like traditional energy drinks!

Choco Pick

These cookie sticks come with creamy chocolate spread and sprinkles to dip into.

The resulting creation is both fun to make and yummy. The sticks are sort of breadstick like – bready/carby flavor instead of sweet, which was unexpected.

Crayon Shinchan Cracker Rings

These are flavored with roasted black sesame and acacia honey.

They’re really excellent, with a sharp crunch and sort of a churro flavor due to the cinnamon, plus a backnote of that sesame flavor!

Plus like all truly great snacks you can wear them on your fingers. We polished them off while dipping them into Amazon’s new cocoa truffle spread! It was incredibly decadent!

Paldo Cheese Ramyun:  This is described as having a mild cheese taste, but it’s also relatively spicy!

These noodles were tasty and fun and did really well in my microwave ramen cooker.

Hangover Coffee: I really don’t know why this is called Hangover coffee! We couldn’t find any info on these, including how much liquid to put them in, and what kind! I passed them to my friend Sara who both drinks coffee and has some experience with these little packets.

Xylitol Gum: Alpha Gum is from Lotte (Korea’s biggest confectioner/snack maker). We were amused by this sample, which comprised 2 giant pieces of rather tasty minty gum. I personally love xylitol gum, it’s a natural sweetener, plus it promotes dental health!

White Cookie Pepero: This is the white chocolate version of cookies and cream – a whole box! If you’re unfamiliar with Pepero, it’s Korea’s answer to Pocky, and they’re heftier and more delectable than their Japanese counterparts!

Frozen Treat ChocoKit

Yay it’s a make and freeze DIY kit!

There’s actually not as many DIY kits in this box as other Asian snack subscription boxes, because they’re not quite as big in Japan. This one’s super cute and will make a sweet project.

Grand Swell Apple: Little apple-filling pastries!

Banana Chocopie: Best for last! I love Choco Pies, inspired by Moonpies, but altogether Korean! This is funny, because the banana flavor was introduced by Orion to celebrate their 60th anniversary of making Chocopie (their very first variation). Lotte did a Mon Cher Banana Cream pie (as opposed to marshmallow) but I guess they settled on doing a complete copycat of Orion’s. I love both!

We love Snack Fever! My toddler & I can typically tear through this box pretty quickly, because we’re both apparently Korean snack food addicts! I enjoy tasting the unique versions of familiar flavors, and it’s just a delightful box to share. If you have fatigue on other snack boxes, I strongly recommend checking this one out. We’ve been subscribing for over a year and this box just keeps on improving! The only funny thing is that despite the theme, there were no sakura items except for the stickers. I would like to see even more limited edition items in future boxes!
