This month’s box features products from Delia Organics!

Delia Organics is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This organic natural beauty brand is cruelty-free and says you won’t find the following ingredients in their products:

Parabens – Perfum – Animal Oils – Musk – Petroleum – Triclosan – Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS & SLES) – PEG – DIibutyl Phthalate – DEA Compounds – Formaldehyde – Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHA) – Mercury – Toluene – Chemical Sunscreens – Nano Particles – No Fillers.

The information card is full of details such as the item, price, description, and tips.

Here are the items in the April Pearlesque Box! This is a new-to-me brand as well as my very first Pearlesque Box, and I couldn’t wait to try my new, full-sized items!

Dose of C Eye Magnify ($30) “The perfect balance of moisture, protection, restoration, and youthening are found in this formula. Use daily under makeup or alone for consistent and effective eye skin care.”

This soothing eye gel should last 1-2 months with twice daily application. It has aloe gel, avocado and grape seed oil, hyaluronic acid, and reishi mushroom extract.

This is a clear gel that absorbed quickly and didn’t feel greasy or sticky. It has an alpha hydroxy acid to help promote skin renewal and I look forward to seeing if I can spot any improvement in fine lines over the next month.

Restore Treatment Oil ($40) I have been using this facial oil in the evenings as suggested but it can also be used as an eye makeup remover, as a hand treatment, after a touch too much sun, and so on. It features grape seed, avocado, macadamia, jojoba, and tamanu oils plus noni extract. The scent is very faint, maybe a touch nutty? My skin absorbed it quickly and didn’t feel greasy afterwards. I am always happy to find a facial oil that has a short list of ingredients and this is now in my nightly beauty routine!

Uplift Facial Mist ($20) A short list of simply rosemary stem/leaf/flower in distilled water makes up this facial mist. I remember hearing “rosemary for remembrance” as a child and while it is true that it was often used in funeral rituals, it is now said that rosemary can help one focus. I keep it at work and spritz it on a couple of times a day. The first few times I tried it I would sneeze, but my coworkers didn’t have that problem.

Wow, I was super impressed with my first Pearlesque Box! The products were perfect for me. I have found that my skin is calmer and less red when I use natural beauty products and I’m starting to think I may be sensitive to the preservatives in standard beauty items. I love a facial oil and the eye gel is very soothing, plus the spray gave me a much needed pick-me-up! The value of April’s box is $90 and I have the feeling these will last a few months at least! Pearlesque Box is a wonderful way to be introduced to new, healthy products for your skin, hair, and body.

Next month’s box will feature products from California-based Honey Belle and I can’t wait to try them out!
