Medusa’s Makeup Lipstick in Lydia ($12) I love the packaging for this product! Even the cardboard box!
Wow! That’s lavender! The formula is rich and creamy, and well-pigmented. I look great in purple-toned lippies, but this was a little out of control, I felt like a galactic space kitten while wearing it. I am going to experiment with it – perhaps as a base coat it can work some magic with some other lipsticks!
Medusa’s Makeup Lip Paint in Get Lucky ($12)
This lip paint is a fun electric pink – a lot of impact and a lot of staying power too! The lip paint adheres perfectly and is pretty much like other modern liquid lipsticks in that respect.
Medusa’s Makeup Stick It! Eye Primer ($8) You just need the lightest swipe of this vegan oil and wax-based primer to help adhere your minerals to your lids. I loved this eye-tem!
Medusa’s Makeup Eye Dust in Wasabe ($7) This 100% loose mineral pigment eye dust is such a pretty green color!
The powder itself is superfine, so the resulting shimmer is just beautiful.
And swatches! The top eye dust swatch uses the primer – you can really tell the difference! As for the lip products, they’re definitely bold, bright spring colors! They aren’t in the wearable zone for me, but I thought the formulas were fantastic. This is a great vegan makeup subscription for the adventurous – but I’m hoping to see some more muted colors next month!
