This month’s theme for Love with Food is “Be the Change.”

The flip side gives us suggestions on how to be the change. They encourage you to stop thinking about making a change and just do it!

The GFB Gluten-Free Bites in Dark Chocolate Coconut. These little nuggets are deliciously coconut flavored but the dark chocolate stuck with me for a little too long. Dark chocolate isn’t my desired chocolate but my daughter was in love.

Utz Original Potato Chips. Holy cow if all gluten free foods taste this good I will get on that bandwagon! I used to think that gluten free meant tasteless but this brand has changed my opinion. Thank goodness for Love with Food.

Prince of Peace Ginger Chews. I will admit I didn’t try these because ginger reminds me of being sick and I cannot pass it through my lips without gagging. My daughter and her friend tried it and both ended up spitting it out into the trash can. If you are a ginger fan, it might be up your alley but I shy away from it even when it’s mixed with a great sushi.

Burt’s Bees Protein + Healthy Radiance with Antioxidant Vitamins A, C & E in Vanilla Flavor. I cant wait to try this for breakfast, 15 grams of plant based protein and 4.5 servings of fruits/veggies. Plus it only has 2 grams of sugar, it’s this diabetic girls dream come true.

Kashi Chewy Nut Butter Bars in Salted Chocolate Chunk. Even though this was a bit melted, it was amazing! Rich in flavor and very filling, I could see keeping this non-GMO snack in my desk at work. A great mixture of sweet and salty, almost as good as a candy bar but a much healthier option.

Surf Sweets Organic Fruity Bears. Much better and fruitier than normal gummy bears. I’m glad this is the second appearance of these great snacks.

180 Almond Pops with Blueberries. Crispy, sweet and blueberry packed nuggets that would be perfect with a glass of milk. Another gluten free snack to mention to my diet restricted friends, I’m sure they will thank me.

Dang Coconut Chips in Salted Cacao. Dang is exactly what you’ll be saying if you try these amazing sweet and salty chips with just the right amount of chocolate. I could eat a case of these baked snacks and not feel the slightest bit guilty with only 115 calories per bag. They would be a great addition to fruit salad.

Love with Food is such a great way to find amazing new treats for happy snacking. In each box, I find at least one product that each member of my family loves and it’s impossible to get bored with Love with Food. I love that a lot of the items are non-GMO and help me keep a better list of companies that environmentally savvy. This month’s box has helped remind me to be my own change and that I can still enjoy delicious snacks while being healthy.
