GLOSSYBOX UK is a popular beauty subscription box which delivers five beauty products to your door each month.  The products are hand-picked to suit your beauty preferences. FYI – If you’re looking for GLOSSYBOX US, check that out here!

DEAL: Customers can receive a free Rodial Smokey Eye Pen & The Balm Meet Matt(e) Trimony Eyeshadow when they subscribe to the April GLOSSYBOX and use the code APRIL at the checkout.

Here’s everything in this month’s box.

As always, the Discover The Box card includes info on all five products.

oOlution Eye Love (RRP £30) is a 100% natural and organic eye cream designed to diminish dark circles and reduce puffiness. It’s also free from synthetic ingredients and palm oil.

I’ve been applying the cream in the morning and evening for a few days and haven’t noticed a difference in the area under my eyes yet. My husband has also been using the cream without results. It’s early days, but I think I’ll be sticking with my usual eye serum in the future.

This month Glossybox subscribers were given the chance to take their pick from four Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palettes (RRP £10). I chose A Midsummer’s Dream, which features four eye shades and two cheeks colours in grey and coral tones.

The eyeshadows are easy to apply and impart long-lasting colour. The blush is particularly highly pigmented, with just one sweep across the cheeks giving a glow that lasts all day long. The palette itself is also great for travel. It’s light-weight and includes two application brushes and a large mirror.

In Transit Camera Close-up primer (RRP £30) is kind of amazing! I used this after cleansing and mosturising to prep for make-up application. It gave my skin a completely even tone and appearance – matte with absolutely no shine! It also left it feeling amazingly smooth. I couldn’t believe how it made my skin glow – it’s a real winner!

Hydra-Activ Smart Nutrient Vital Moisture Day Cream (RRP £28) has a luxurious, silky texture and a perfumed scent. I’m used to moisturisers with little or no fragrance so this strong scent, while pleasant, seems a little old fashioned. It is reminiscent of the smell of the creams my mom used when I was a kid. I don’t mean to knock it though, because the product delivers good results and left my skin soft and hydrated but not at all greasy. It’s a good match for normal and dry skin types.

Got2b Styling Primer (RRP £4.18) is a lightweight gel designed to give hair grip, pliability, and control. I used it on damp hair and followed with a wax for styling curly hair. It is always difficult to say how well a product like this works, but I think it helped to hold my curls and give them more definition. It’s not an essential product but would be ideal for those needing a little extra help achieving a precise and lasting style.

As per usual, I enjoyed discovering all the products in this month’s Glossybox and found a few winners I’ll keep using in my regular beauty routine.
