The Geeky Decal combines two of my favourite things — fandom and stickers. For just $8 a month, you receive a sturdy cardboard mailer containing larger vinyl stickers, a geeky magnet, a postcard, all revolving around a particular theme.

March’s theme is Beauty and the Beast! I can’t believe it came out 25 years ago. It’s my favourite Disney movie, though I have no plans to see the live action version. Unpopular opinion, I know! According to this little list of fun facts, Mrs. Potts was originally named Mrs. Chamomile.

The first and largest set of stickers is a book (Belle’s favourite thing) and a beautiful tea set! I love the china design.

Another round of stickers! We have Belle in her yellow dress, a great pun sticker, and a reference to Lefou and Gaston.

The Belle sticker is drawn by a guest artist! She’s 11. At 11, I could draw stick men. Not much has changed.

We were also sent a cute bookmark (with an equally bookish quote) and a magnet with one of Belle’s quotes on it. The Geeky Decal sticker is a box staple as well!

We were also sent a lovely sample of Enchanted Rose Tea by Grimoire — very fitting for the theme!

This was another awesome month from The Geeky Decal. The stickers are high quality and the extra tea and magnet were a nice bonus. I think this is a great inexpensive geeky subscription for the nerd in your life!

What a fun box. I love stickers. I’ll be the one to ask. Why aren’t you seeing the new one? I went last weekend with friends. It does not replace the original but it was good. I equate it to a reboot of a movie. It’s not trying to be the old one but just enhance the whole Fandom.

I really dislike the casting choices for the most part. I haven’t actually really enjoyed any of the live action adaptation, and Beauty and the Beast is my absolute favourite of the originals, so I’m pretty disappointed. I’ll maybe catch it when it’s on Netflix and flip through it. Love Emma Thompson and Ewan McGregor, but that’s not enough to make me pay to go see it in theaters considering I loathe the lead actress.
