Coffee: A Handbook has some wonderful information inside.

A nice, simple yet sweet note from the Coffee Director, Emily McIntyre.

An article introducing the skillful work that is coffee pressing.

My favorite and the most useful article is all about how to brew coffee. Whether it be in a French Press, Pour Over or Autodrip, this article will help you get the perfect cup of coffee. I love that it even gives measurements for a good water to coffee ratio but also brewing times to ensure a great cup of joe.

Nicely sealed bag that helps lock in freshness and a delightful aroma. The bag is very informational as well, giving the country or origin, tasting notes and of course the website of this months brewer.

These beautiful beans created a nice flavorful cup of coffee with a hint of sweetness and no bitterness to be found. I was so excited to taste this coffee that I did so with no cream or sugar and to my delight it was delicious. Even my husband who is not really a coffee drinker happily drinks this with a splash of cream and boat load of ice. His thoughts were, “I guess I’m a coffee snob who will only drink high-quality coffees.” Thank goodness for Crema.Co and their ability to bring coffee lovers to a greater level.
