The Catholic Goodie Box is a monthly subscription box that helps you through your faith journey. For $29.99 per month, you’ll get 4-7 curated items centered on faith, love, and prayer.

Wow, oh wow, I didn’t know I was getting this box so when I saw it sitting on my counter I got all excited. It’s the first edition! And they’re off to a great start with the selection.

DEAL:  Get 15% off your first months’ subscription or one-time gift box. Use coupon code HELLO15.

The information card was taped on the inside of the box. They kept it simple – just a list of the items, the companies behind them, and the box website.

Looking good from here. You know we Catholics like our goodies and like to share them at conferences, retreats, meetings, even Bingo (if you still have it in your parish).

All the goodies this month from The Catholic Goodie Box! I’m a ministry leader of 2 ladies’ groups (like 1 wasn’t enough) so I plan on using this box of goodies at the next church ladies’ retreat.

Mystical Rose Lip Balm from Sandia Rise Co. ($7.99) It’s a small little tin of lip balm just perfect for carrying in your purse or pocket. Sandia Rise Co. is an outdoor essentials company selling to their customers high-quality goods.  Mystical Rose is the traditional title given to Mary in Catholic Marian devotion.

Ginger Snaps from Monastery Baked Goods ($4.95) These luscious looking cookies are prayerfully prepared by the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Indiana. Of course, in order to give a good report I’d better open the package up and sample at least one…ok so I ate 6, who’s counting? They are so fresh and delicious with just the right amount of sugar dusted on them. You get 12 cookies in a 4 oz package.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Wooden Peg Doll is made by Saintly Heart ($10?). The peg dolls are all hand painted.  Maggie, the artist, has teamed up with Caritas Press to sell her book: Encyclopedia of Peg Saints. Children will love the peg doll along with the book.

Holy Aromas Lavender Lotion By All Good Things Art & Gifts/Sisters Of St. Francis Of Sylvania, Ohio ($5.99) In 2006 Sister Karen Zielinski started with a recipe for lavender soap and now has a cottage industry, Holy Aromas.  Now that’s Heaven-scent! I opened the bottle and the aroma of lavender came out, not overpowering, but mildly.

Resisting Happiness by Matthew Kelly ($5.85) You know with a book that has a giant wink on the front, it’s just got to be good. So I always look at the back of the cover and I notice in a small box: Best Lent Ever. Ok, it’s got my attention for sure now. Check out a short video by Matthew Kelly.
What a great box, I can’t wait to share. It’s an excellent subscription for Catholics!
