March’s Barkbox Super Chewer has arrived! Super Chewer is a monthly subscription box for dogs “who demand a challenge.” Each box has 4-6 dog products and is customized to the size of your pup, plus it has a cute theme. All natural treats, tough toys, and challenging chews are included in the monthly box. BarkBox will replace a toy for free if your dog defeats it. We selected the Super Chewer box Large Dog for our two dogs that love to chew and destroy toys. Odie, a Borador (half Border Collie and half Labrador Retriever), is the main reviewer. Bella, our mini Rat Terrier, is his assistant.

Here are the items for the March Barkbox Super Chewer Large Dog Box. Odie and Bella are ready to put the box to the test. Odie, our half Labrador Retriever and half Border Collie, is rough on his toys. He can destroy his toys within five minutes through play. Bella, our Mini Rat Terrier, feels it is her job to destroy toys regardless of size. She can destroy them just as quick as Odie.
The smart n’ tasty Chicken Twizzles Dog Chew 6″ ($2.99) is sourced and made in the USA. The delicious treat is made with chicken and is free of soy, dairy, and grains.
Sorry, Bella. Odie did not leave any crumbs.
The made in the USA Snicky Snaks Shareables Coconut & Cranberry Granola Clusters (6 oz, $8.00) is made with 100% human-grade ingredients in a facility that makes human food. All the dogs liked the treats; Daisy loved the treats. The clusters are marked not for human consumption although Barkbox has them labeled as a snack for the whole family.
Odie approves of the yummy Bocce’s Bakery Jet Pack Treats ($8.00). The Made in the USA treats are made with oat flour, turkey, cheddar, and apples. That’s it. All three doggies enjoyed them. I love it when they Barkbox includes limited treat ingredients because Daisy can eat them.
It was comical to watch Odie and Bella trying to decide if they should eat the Yeti Dog Medium Chew (2.5 oz, $7.99). The hard cheese treat is made with yak milk, cow milk, and lime juice.
I was surprised to see that the manufacturer recommended the treat for dogs weighing up to 35 pounds. The size looks perfect for Odie who weighs 77 pounds. Odie is indecisive. He can’t decide if he should play hide the chew with Bella or chew on it.
The Petsafe Ninja Troog Large ($15.00) squeaks! The treat puzzle is a lot of fun for all three doggies. It’s dishwasher safe and vanilla scented. I could not smell the vanilla, but the dogs were sniffing it over when I took it out of the box.
The made in the USA Rubber Lucky Cat ($14.00) is relaxing in the daffodils away from the doggies. Odie is feeling lucky too because the durable rubber toy can be filled with treats or peanut butter.
Time to see what the super chewers think of the box!
Odie is delighted with Bella’s decision to play bury the chew. Bella looks serious because she wants to bury the chew where Odie can’t find it. Odie hasn’t caught on that is how the game is played.
Bella decided that she wanted the lucky cat.
I don’t think Odie even noticed. He was busy trying out his ninja moves on his treat puzzle.
The large hole makes it easy to fill it with treats. Bella enjoyed her special treat.
Odie and Bella loved their March Super Chewer BarkBox. The fun durable toys kept their attention. Even Daisy enjoyed the toys! I’ve been happy with the selection of the superchewer toys. They are adorable, interactive, and even Daisy will play with most of them. One of the advantages of Barkbox SuperChewer is that it will replace a toy if your dog defeats it.
