All the sweets in this box!

Mrs. Weinstein’s Toffee Milk Chocolate Almond Squares ($3.75) Oh no! These didn’t quite make it, but I’m afraid if I complain to Amazon about heat issues they’ll cut me off – the going theory is that those of you in warm weather states not getting a button is due to the heat. This is something Amazon is going to have to figure out for sure.

The toffee itself is buttery and thick, and somewhat crisp.

It’s covered in 100% milk chocolate. It’s super great and the meltiness of the outside didn’t affect the taste. BTW what’s shown in this dish is half the toffee!

Jcoco Arabica Cherry Espresso ($6.66) Jcoco was created by Seattle Chocolates to provide culinary and global inspired chocolates. They were in my March box and it’s nice to see them again!

With every bar purchased, Jcoco donates food to the hungry.

Three individual bars were inside with fun coffee photos on the outside.

The chocolate is all-natural, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and Kosher.

This bar is made with “coffee cherry” or coffee flour.

The info card says this chocolate has cherry notes, but I neither drink nor ingest or imbibe any coffee – I don’t care for the flavor. One thing to note is that this box has no personalization.

Husband says: bar is really creamy and its made with the fleshy part of the coffee bean, which is creamy and it’s flavored with caffeine-free espresso, but retains a pronounced coffee flavor.

Big Picture Farm Farmstead Goat Milk Caramels in Raspberry Rhubarb ($10) What a delightful find!

Big Picture Farm is a confectionary goat dairy farm where the cute goats are devoted to making the finest, most delicious caramels from the happiest goats around.

They are really super great! We’re excited about this organic treat.

The primary ingredient is fresh, raw, creamy goat’s milk.

The caramels are made with Vermont rhubarb wine and raspberry puree.

Accordingly they have a fruity, almost floral flavor. It’s more than a hint but certainly not overpowering. We loved these soft creamy treats!

Island Treasures Gourmet Vanilla Rum Cake ($5) Hooray for rum cake! Island Treasures Gourmet is from Manassas Virginia and make several varieties of rum cakes – the good sturdy vanilla was in our box!

It’s hermetically sealed to keep the moisture in!

The cake itself un-nestled from its Bundt pan in perfect condition.

And the cake itself was delicious, rummy, dense, and super moist. My husband & I totally loved this.

Bonus! Dylan’s Candy Bar Milk Caramel Chocolate (1.66) Every box includes a wee little bonus!

This little square was totally luscious, with the great taste of caramel shining through! I really enjoyed this bite! Dylan’s Belgian chocolate is really great – we got ONE square last month and this month there were TWO!

The value of this box rang in somewhat lower than previous boxes, about $27. Not too upsetting, although I certainly wished that I would have cared to enjoy one of the higher value items my husband was extremely complimentary of it. Plus, I really liked the rest of the items in the box – this box seems to surprise me every box, which is a little difficult to do, and I remain totally impressed.
