This month’s theme is Time to Blossom. Weirdly enough, this card says the same thing as the card included in the Lifestyle box, so no mention on this month’s inspiration for the choice of stones.

At the back of the card, there’s a list of the items, as well as this month’s yoga sequence. This month is all about welcoming spring with a grounded spirit and open heart. I love doing a couple of repetition with my new jewelry, but I received this box right after my yoga class where I managed to do the Crow Pose for the first time ever! So happy and ready for this box!

All the items in the box. The jewelry comes in little organza drawstring bags.

Tiger Eye and Lava rock Grounding Mala ($86). Which stone could be more grounding than Lava Rock, which come straight out of the Earth’s mantle and cools down quickly, trapping gaz bubble inside of it, making the stone very light. This is a grounding stone, said to help calming emotions, but it’s also a stone of rebirth. It has a very strong energy associated to the Root Chakra (1st Chakra). Paired with this lovely dark stone, the Tiger Eye (also associated with the grounded Root Chakra, but also with the Solar Plexus, the 3rd Chakra, the centre for our willpower) helps to energize the creative side of our mind, helping us to blossom into our better self. This month’s stone are all about Fire and Earth energy. So much can be said about this lovely combination!

This mala is very light and instead of being hand knotted, little rondelle beads add a bit of sparks between each matte lava rock beads! So pretty!

Tiger Eye and Lava Rock Adjustable Bracelet ($38). I love adjustable bracelet, and this one is so lovely. For added bonus, one or two drops of essential oils can be added to the lava rock beads. Any woody scents (cedarwood, sandalwood, spruce) would bring an other grounding layer to this month’s intentions. I would personally use chamomile for the calming effect.

Santosha Chocolate ($4). This month’s chocolaty treat is a mix of Raw Cacao, Coconut and Hawaiian Pink Salt. It’s not as bitter as I was expecting it to be, but I felt like it was really dry in my mouth.

Next month”s theme is “Finding Peace in Nature” and will include a Turquoise Tree of Life Pendant to honor Earth Day.

I loved this month’s jewelry box from Yogi Surprise. The mix of the Lava Rock and the Tiger Eye has a lovely, intense, and masculine energy which contrast nicely with the feminine energy in February’s Box. It is a grounding box, meant to remind us to take roots if we want to blossom! (Bird not included in the box ! )
