Jeff VanderMeer is an award-winning novelist and editor of Borne, Wonderbook, and the New York Times bestselling Southern Reach Trilogy—the first volume of which, Annihilation, is currently being made into movie to be released by Paramount in 2017. He is the coeditor with his wife, Ann VanderMeer, of The Big Book of Science Fiction. He is also the co-director of the teen summer writing program Shared Worlds. Jeff grew up in the Fiji Islands and now lives in Tallahassee, Florida.
We’re featuring his new release, Borne, coming out in early May. It has already been named one of the most anticipated books of 2017 by The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Book Riot, Chicago Reader, The Week, and Publishers Weekly.
