I’ve been with BOXYCHARM for months now and never been waitlisted but this month I noticed my money never came out of my account and i never got an email. Also my account is active and I’ve never unsubed. can anyone help I was really looking forward to the march box!
how do you see where you are on the waiting list?
They pick and choose who they give their boxes to. I reactivated my box on Feb 17th. Someone joined after I reactivated and she was sent a box. Their customer service doesn’t even have a phone number and they fib and say whatever they want… in emails. Beware, boxycharm isn’t so charming.
