I wanted to share some serious updates we’re making at Faithbox and give you a free digital download of Everyday Faith. Consider it a thanks from me to you for sticking with us as we go through a big transition! The link is at the bottom 🙂
First, let’s talk about updates…
Shipping!
As we’ve grown from a small group to a community of over 10K people in the last two years, packing and shipping have become more and more of an issue. We’ve had box mixups, late deliveries, and all kinds of issues that diminish the experience we try so hard to create. Thankfully, we are in the process of moving to a brand new warehouse facility which should significantly improve shipping consistency and quality. We are planning on better delivery times, nicer packing jobs, and more. With some hard work and luck, you’ll begin to notice improvements as soon as April.
Products!
From the time we introduced our devotional, Everyday Faith, we’ve seen a huge increase in the stories members like you share with us about how God has made a difference in their lives. Stories and testimonies that have brought an equal number of tears to our team as they have brought cheers and it’s a large reason why we’re changing our focus.
Starting with our April Faithbox, we are doubling down on our goal to create an experience that ensures all of our members finish the month more centered in their faith than they were at the beginning of the month.
Our team will be creating more supplementary content and products alongside of Everyday Faith. We want to create an inspired set of tools that helps our community cultivate healthy prayer practices, dive into scripture in non-intimidating ways, and take practical actions that show our gratitude to God.
Faithbox will still include products, but we’ll be showcasing 1 or 2 brands (or books) instead of 3. This allows us to be very particular in which brands we choose to showcase and move away from products that simply take up space. It also gives us the ability to dive deep and share the story behind the product and the heart behind the company. We’ve been trying to tell too many stories instead of telling one or two GREAT stories. As a bonus, we have some incredible new release books coming throughout the rest of the year!
We know this is a pretty big change and we won’t pretend that we will get it right immediately, which is why we urge you to share with us what works, what doesn’t, and how we can help you, specifically.
You’ll start to see some product changes in April, but we’ll be continuously working on the content of the box on an ongoing basis based on your feedback.
