The goodies inside my March box.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince ($6.99) – We are huge Harry Potter fans at my house. My favorite movie in the series is Prisoner of Azkaban but I really do like them all. My whole family will watch them over and over and over again so this is a great choice for us.

Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort’s defenses and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague, Professor Horace Slughorn, whom he believes holds crucial information. Even as the decisive showdown looms, romance blossoms for Harry, Ron, Hermione and their classmates. Love is in the air, but danger lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same.

Godzilla ($9.48) – I have seen many versions of Godzilla over the years but this is not one of them. My boys are currently obsessed with all things dinosaur like so I think they will think this one is pretty awesome.

Following the French atomic bomb tests in the South Pacific, an unknown creature is spotted passingwestward through the Panama Canal. Scientist Niko Tatopolous is called in to investigate the matter, and he quickly arrives at the conclusion that a giant, irradiated lizard has been created by the explosions. Godzilla(r) then makes its way north, landing at Manhattan to begin wreaking havoc in the big city. Even with the combined forces of the U.S. military to fight the monster, will it be enough to save the people of New York?

You can’t watch a movie without snacks and My Discount DVD Club sends along a fun assortment of popcorn and goodies to enjoy along with your film.

What a great box to get each month. My Discount DVD Club has a good selection to choose from and this is a great way to get some movies added to your collection. For the low cost of only $8.99 I get two DVDs or Blu-Rays each month and snacks to go with them so its also a great value. Whether you pick your movies or get a surprise you will have something to watch on those nights when work just isn’t going to happen. Let’s face it we all have those evenings when there is just nothing that we want to do more then sit in front of the TV and veg out and this box is perfect for that.
