February’s Beauty Discovery is Night Body Oil by Osmia.

Sleep is the best medicine, and scent and ritual are the key ingredients to a good night’s rest. Osmia’s Night Body Oil is a plant-based prescription for peace specifically formulated with ingredients that signal the autonomic nervous system to relax and restore, including French lavender, Roman chamomile and Moroccan atlas cedarwood oil. When applied habitually, the brain adopts a Pavlovian response, creating a healthy evening ritual of sense, scent and deep sleep.

The information card is loaded with info on this month’s brand, featured item, and sidekick!

I’ve had my eye on this subscription for a while, and when I saw this month was all about sleep and creating a healthy environment, I signed up! It’s something that I’m in need of for sure!

More tissue paper and squiggles inside. My hero was a little leaky, but only by a little.

Everything in my February 2017 Beauty Heroes box!

Osmia Night Body Oil ($64 large)

I don’t know what bird it’s supposed to be, perhaps a hummingbird? I felt compelled to take a photo because my Patronus is a swift. It’s a little odd aside, but it made me happy!

Osmia’s night body oil is a base of organic hemp, jojoba, rosehip, sea buckthorn, kukui, and sweet almond oils crafted with organic French lavender, chamomile, and atlas cedarwood. It’s designed to provide a cue to your natural night time rhythm. Like most body oils it’s best to use after bathing, but Beauty Heroes also provided an abbreviated evening ritual (for example, if you don’t shower shortly before bedtime). Both rituals encourage deeply inhaling the aromatic scents, which are delicious.

Osmia Lip Doctor ($12) I love this lip balm so much that it’s made it to the next to my keyboard spot!

With olive oil, avocado oil, coca butter, and a hint of beeswax and argan oil, it’s deeply nourishing and has just the right amount of coverage for me. I will absolutely buy more, I still lament the loss of the mid-90s honey stick from the Body Shop (which was a totally different formula, but like this one, completely non-irritating to my lips).

What a great box! $76 in value of luxury natural beauty products, both of which I adored. Although I receive a lot of lip balms this is at the very least in my top 3 favorites ever, and I’m on my way to a new healthy sleep regimen! Although

I love the night oil scent. I should try the expert beauty ritual and see if it helps me.
