YumeTwins is a monthly Kawaii subscription brought to you by the same people behind TokyoTreat! Every month, you’ll receive an assortment of super cute and adorable kawaii products from Japan.

The theme for this box is New Favorites!

Like with TokyoTreat, there’s an adorable colorful magazine included that contains the product info, facts about Japan, information on contests, and so on. The quality is really high, which goes along with the rest of the box!

YumeTwins recently revamped their brand. This month, they’re introducing up-and-coming Japanese favorites which are not yet known to the rest of the world. It’s like having the first dibs on the latest happenings in the kawaii world!

There’s a lot of feature articles inside the magazine. There’s even a photo contest and a community page!

Everything in the February 2017 YumeTwins Box! So much cuteness!

Neko Atsume Reusable Shopping Bag – This environment-friendly shopping bag is foldable with its own carry pouch and easy to carry around, perfect for quick shopping trips. Subscribers will get either a yellow or a pink variation of this bag.

Here’s the look of the bag when it is spread out!

Did you know that Neko Atsume is a game app? It’s a cat collecting game first released in Japan in 2014. You can download it for free from the App Store (for iPhone users) or from the Play Store (for Android users). So addictive.

Sumikko Gurashi Wall Hook – Sumikko Gurashi is a group of characters from San-X which share the same trait: shyness. There are four variations of this wall hook featuring each Sumikko Gurashi character. Subscribers will receive one in each box.

We received the green penguin! So kawaii! And authentic!

Amuse Cat a la Mode Keychain – Amuse makes the best kawaii items ever!

This cat keychain looks like a serving of ice cream with fruits on the side and chocolates on top. Yum!!! ?

Oh no, it’s dripping! ? Don’t worry, it’s still safe to use as a keychain or to put on your bag as a charm. Very similar to Hoppe-Chan, don’t you think?

Bananya Mini-Mascot Keychain – Bananya is one of the newest Japanese anime television series. The story is about a cat that lives inside – you guessed it – a banana! ?

There are five variations of this Bananya keychain and subscribers will get one each. We got the black cat which is named Kuro Bananya!

Shinada Fumofumo-san Plush – Fumofumo-san by Shinada are unidentified creatures which live above the clouds. These characters are popular in Japan for their long arms and short legs plus, of course, their cuteness!

These plushies are very huggable! There are 24 of them and they are all exclusive to YumeTwins. Subscribers will get one random design each. I am not sure if it’s on purpose, but mine sort of looks like a fish!

At first blush $6 per item seems okay, if a little steep. Then I started researching prices for regular Fumofumo-san plush and they were absolutely ludicrous! Even the reusable shopping bag has a retail of $10 so I think it’s safe to say that this box is delivering a good value. I loved that these were some of the hottest kawaii franchises in Japan right now. My new fave? BANYANA! Hilarious!

What do you think of YumeTwins this month?
