Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty subscription service that sends 4-7 items ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skin care. Best of all, they are 100% cruelty-free! Monthly recurring shipments are $22.95 with free shipping in the USA (there is an additional charge for other countries). This sub is also available in 6 or 12-month terms that do not renew but that do earn you a discount.

Vegan Cuts doesn’t offer customization and sends items that are suitable for almost everyone. They promise not to send foundation or other items that match a specific skin tone and instead send makeup items that are as inclusive as possible with possible variations in shades. They also promise a value of at least $30 but have sent boxes that are significantly above that mark. Vegan Cuts sends deluxe “travel” sized or full-sized products and rarely sends single use packets.

There was a product information card that included a coupon code for a shop purchase and info on how you can win a free box by sharing your box on social media.

The flip side of the card listed each item and the retail value. February’s box is designed to help you “fill up your heart and beauty bag!”

The Ariel Co. Cupid Lip Scrub ($9) is from a company that makes “natural hair & body care for mermaids.” Love it! I applied the cotton candy bubblegum flavored scrub to my lips and it was so sweet and did a lovely job of exfoliating. Sugar, pomegranate juice, and oils from jojoba, macadamia, coconut, and almond are some of the ingredients here.

It’s so pretty! The Ariel Co. says this is colored with “powder food color” and has cotton candy and bubble gum flavor oil.

Crazy Rumors Chocolate Strawberry Lip Balm ($3.49) leaves a flavor behind that tastes like you just had a decadent treat. Macadamia and olive oils are in here along with shea butter and natural flavors. It left my lips super soft.

Oral Essentials Teeth Whitening Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth ($2.74) foamed in the way baking soda and peroxide might foam, as opposed to, say, Colgate. Aloe, silica, Dead Sea Salt, and coconut oil, among other ingredients that include essential oils, left my mouth feeling cool and my teeth clean. This toothpaste is free from SLS and fluoride and may take around two weeks to show any whitening effects.

ColorpHlex Leave-in Treatment ($5.50) features “a copolymer of a vegetable–derived protein and a reactive silica based compound.” It’s a leave-in conditioning and detangling product designed to help maintain chemically colored hair. I don’t dye my hair so I will pass along this creamy spray to my daughter. I think it would make a great detangler for those who like that type of product, whether your hair is dyed or not. Herbal Transdermal Deep Pore Mineral Toner ($3.75) is an alcohol free toner that has 90 trace elements in the mix, along with pure spring water, tea tree oil, vitamin C ester, citrus bioflavenoids, wintergreen oil, and pink grapefruit phthalate-free fragrance. It has a fresh scent and not only cleanses but leaves behind elements that may fight oxidation in the skin.

Subscribers received different variations of Emani Eye Trio ($20). I received “Feeling Blessed”, which has three neutral shades and I can vary the look for day and evening. The shadows went on easily but I did experience a little fall out, however, it easily wiped away with my fan brush.

Here’s “Feeling Blessed” swatched on my arm. The lightest color is hard to see but it’s there and the medium shade has a touch of shimmer.

February’s items left me with a clean mouth and face, soft lips, and lovely eyes. The only item that was a no-go for me was for dyed hair but my daughter will love it. I feel good knowing that “no bunny was harmed” in the making of these items! This box had a value of $44.48, which is about twice the price paid for the box!
